Nice, clean, and spacious property—everything felt new and well-maintained. The owner and caretaker were polite and welcoming. Food was fresh and homely. A few things to note: prices for stay and meals felt a bit high, and there were frequent power cuts, so keep your devices charged. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We went on vacation with four families and booked five rooms at Palazzo Homes in Kodaikanal. Since we had booked all five rooms, we were given the entire duplex block for ourselves. The layout included two bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor, along with a small dining area downstairs and a spacious dining area upstairs. The rooms were large, clean, and well-maintained. We were provided with blankets and towels. The first-floor rooms featured two balconies offering a beautiful mountain view, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The bathrooms were also spacious, neat, and clean. The property included a small box cricket area for recreation, a well-kept lawn, and ample parking space. Additionally, there was a separate room allocated for our driver. If you plan to dine at the guesthouse, food options are limited but home-style, including curries, chapattis, and rice. You have to order food in advance by 6pm. For breakfast, they offer bread omelette, plain Maggi, and idlis. The food was reasonably good and always served hot on time. The caretakers of the guesthouse were polite, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pleasant climate added to the experience, making our trip a memorable one.

good place to stay. peaceful and quiet... however it's more accessible to those with personal vehicle as this place is about 25 mins from kodaikannal lake. Staffs are well behaved and very friendly..

Had a great stay at Palazzo Homes! The rooms were clean and spacious, with balconies offering stunning mountain views. We enjoyed delicious homemade food, and the ample car parking was a big plus. The host and caretaker were extremely supportive and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this homestay for a peaceful and comfortable getaway

Very poor service. If you order food, they will not serve you cutleries even after asking multiple times. No wifi connectivity in rooms. Only they have in reception and dining area with very low range. We booked 4 rooms and all toilets had empty handwash soap bottle/box, after asking they refilled only 1 bottle and they said people used to wash clothes previously so we are not giving. Also if you order food they will not listen your time comfort. They will serve with their own time.

The place is beautiful. Good views. Clean rooms and bathroom. The venue is 30 mins away from the city so plan accordingly

My first ever homestay booking , little worried earlier but after check in I felt I was wrong. Neat and spacious rooms located with a beautiful hill view. Polite staff and the landlord is a quiet and humble person. Do try once and everyone will love this stay and the hospitality with home made food (tasty 😋) Last but not least the Lawn area my kids really loved it and we were at the rooms only to sleep and spent most of our time in the lawn area. Though it's bit away from city center, in a way very peaceful and calm. The rooms, the materials used in the room are of high quality. We liked everything the stay and surrounding. Very friendly host.

The overall experience at the stay was excellent. The location of the stay between the mountains of kodaikanal made it more pleasant and feel-good. The staffs in the stay were humble and polite. The room service was also excellent. For anyone visiting kodaikanal, i would surely reccomend this homestay.

The property is located in between the valley with mountain views at front and back side, it's a residential area about 9 km from city centre but this property has well road connectivity so commute is not hassle. They have ample parking area, host is very supportive and has helped us through our stay. They also provide homely food but we need to inform them a couple of hours before. The rooms were spacious ( part of villa) of about 4/5 rooms. Rooms were neat and clean, for any issue they have a caretaker who assists us through the stay. We stayed for a night (family of 3) and it was comfortable.

Nice stay at the palazzo homes! it was a cool place away from kodaikanal. The room was good and it would be better if you provide two towels atleast. Room is good but feels missing some required commodities for a room. A scene of view of mountain from the balcony. Very cold climate around 13 degree celsius that time. Its 6 km away from kodaikanal town, the property situated in a valley. The property approach road is good. One thing i like most is the morning tea that was very tasty.
