Hot water available for limited time only. Food available. Cleanliness is average. Otherwise it is ok

Stay was average. Staff asked for a room change which we don't like and also breakfast was delivered lately. Overall it is okay with unplanned trip. No water, tea/coffe bag for morning in the room. Toilet are good and clean.

I have opted a four bedded room,it was good and neatly cleaned.But room service was very very poor.Even it is difficult to get drinking water.

The rooms were good. Decent parking space. Clean bathroom. Comfortable beds. Great staffs. Descent amenities for a deluxe room.

Room and bathroom was not clean. Smell is coming from bathroom and asked Receptionist to put some room spray. No Water bottle provided. No dental kit. only morning time they are turning on heater

The stay is good for a fair price. The washrooms were tidy.

location is good and near by for busstand, lake. food is average. the worst part is the hotwater timings it's from morning 7am to 9 and 7pm to 9.30pm. if you are the early planner then it will be very tough. no geysers will be in each rooms.

The linens were not clean inspite of repeated reminders the intercom facility was not repaired there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room the second day there was some water problem and there was no water supply from 6am to 8 am disturbing our morning chores very poor service

Stay was awesome but one suggestion is that the place of location of that hotel

Room is small and clean, stay in deluxe room, near by hotel tasmac shop so feel that unsafe location is ok

The property is well maintained neat and clean.. The hygiene is top notch in this property.. would be appreciated if they allot us the room with a good view..

It is a really nice hotel,it is in the city. many veg and non veg restaurants are around. very close to the lake.

Food and accomodation good , hot water not coming all time that is very disappointed

The hotel location is good. The shaff are good. The hotel served The compliment breakfast and it was good. But restaurant doesn't serve lunch and dinner. For pure vegetarian they have to walk atleast 1.5km from hotel to reach Hotel Astoria which is pure vegetarian. But, for non vegetarian, they have plenty of restaurant very near by in few minutes walk. Overall very good hotel to stay.

Location: It is away from bus stand where major hotels are and ATMs are available. Difficult for everyone to walk to lake as you have climb upward road steep. Food: If you are expecting food morning breakfast to dinner, please avoid this hotel. We were advised by the owner of property that they will prepare food limited and asked to go outside for food. This is not the level of service expected. Better to stay nearby bus stand if you are travelling with kids and aged person. For group travellers, they cook food but again limited. Buffet breakfast was good if you ask extra Vada, it is difficult 😊 Room: Room is comfortable and nice, clean. Hot water limited hours morning and night 2 hours only. 24 hours hot water not available. You are not allowed to park reverse for our convenience. Really bad about it.

Good.... Check in, check out, easy procedure.we liked it. Nearby lake.. Easy to access all spots. Walkable distance from lake,coakers walk, brian park etc. Food not available in grand palace. Parking confort.experience is ok.
