Worst experience allowed In a small room, they asked me booked via MakeMyTrip we said yes denied to clean the room totally waste of money initially not allowed us too

Location is good but the property is very old and pathetic condition. In bathroom you have window instead of ventilator. The window in our room was broken and we had to manage it by using cloth to cover it. No towel no soap or handwash. Hot water only for 2 hours. Room was very well maintained and very neat. Service was awesome. They even provided hot water for drinking. Hotel staff was very polite

Located at the centre of Kodaikanal and walkable to the lake and nearby shopping areas. 3. Good Parking Space 4. Staff are ready to help. Cons. 1. Blankets, sheets and pillow covers seem to be not cleaned after use. (Better to carry your own or buy the same from Kodaikanal) 2. The cottage is very old and the rooms always have some kind of foul smell (The staff will spray some room freshener) 3. No kettle is there to boil water for drinking. For getting hot water you may approach the staff. They will provide. (Better to carry a flask) 4. 24 hrs. hot water availability is there in Double rooms. Still it's just okay. 5. It's hard to find a good vegetarian hotel in walkable distance. It's hard to reach good hotels in traffic in own cars (okay for 2 wheelers). Taxi drivers will charge Rs.300/- even though the minimum charge is 150/-, stating return charge). Online orders will be delivered easily (Better to carry a plate with you.) 6. Overall, the staff may take some efforts to keep the place near and clean. Their approach seems to be not good. Especially their mannerisms, talking to customers etc. Anyways they are ready to help if we ask. But that's not the way to run the service. They should provide more care and support to the customers.

below average room, only for short stay, small room not for good with children, room rent is the only advantage, located in city area.

the hotel is located in good area. there is no wi fi. hot water available 7am to 8.30am only.there is one washbasin in rooms and is placed in the bath room. hence extremely difficult to get ready in Morning room (202) there was no water in washbasin for the three days. in room (302) tv was not working for the three days. overall just below average. my suggestion is to place the washbasin outside the bathroom for convenience. i have not taken pictures of room.

good to stay for a night, got good blanket, no fans 😁 and got a neat washroom with geyser. ok good for a family.

The toilet flush was not working. Interestingly, when i informed the front desk, they told me that the required tanker costs inr 3000 and asked me to adjust.

Rooms were very old, and not at par. Old property and not maintained well. Bathroom fittings were old and broken.
