good stay, rooms are clean, calm and peaceful, staffs are good behavior and helpful

We actually stayed in 2 rooms in the hotel.One room flush was having some issues.the was water dripping from sealing of one room.The blanket they gave us had smell.

Very pleasant stay, clean & spacious rooms, friendly & supportive staff especially mr. Saravanan at the reception. Most importantly the hotel is located very close to the lake, local markets & shops. Hardly 5 mins from the hotel. Overall a very wonderful stay @ hotel vetrivel international by brown tree resorts. Thanks to makemytrip.

The hotel was good and the place was neat and tidy . we had a comfortable stay at the place . The hot water facility was there 24 hours which made the stay Drinking water was also available

The hotel made the entire trip memorable. Was a good stay and it was easy to access all the place from the stay. And the room was neat and tidy.

We had an excellent stay in brown tree resort. The room was clean. Staffs were excellent. Especially manager saravanan ms was super helpful and made our stay here very pleasant and smooth excellent hospitality.

The Hotel is clean, cozy,budget friendly...I stayed 3 days with my family...The Hotel is in the most easy access place and reach...The attender's are very polite and accessible...

Great stay here near the lake and the owner is so kind I went on my birthday and they have arranged for the cake and surprise thank you so much for it. This stay is suitable for solo travelers and family so choose vetrivel international without second taught

Terrible experience of stay. The standard of room and wash rooms is poor. Basic amenities not provided. No one is there to assist, not even reception staff. Highly Not recommended.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at Hotel Vetrivel. Right from the start, the check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. Toiletries were not provided, which is a basic expectation at any hotel. The bed and blankets were in poor condition – they smelled bad and didn’t seem clean. It was extremely uncomfortable. Television doesn’t have a remote and hence of no use. Parking was another major issue. There was no proper arrangement, and it was difficult to find a safe or designated spot. To make matters worse, the entrance to the property was so poorly designed that it scraped the underside of my EV – something that should never happen if basic infrastructure is in place. Overall, the stay was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend Hotel Vetrivel unless serious improvements are made.

Excellent and friendly services by all the staffs

The stay was good pleasant , very helpful and polite staff . Good view comfortable stay . Just bed sheets and blanket were not that clean apart from that everything was perfect

It was nice and very comfortable stay at this hotel and Manager and his staff was very cooperative.

Castle hideout room (Rock Castle) offered to us in this hotel could accommodate only 3 adults though booking was for 4 family members. The basement location of the room makes it difficult to access, particularly for individuals like my wife and me who suffer from arthritis. No assistance in shifting luggage was provided on arrival. We could reach hotel late night only and no food was arranged by the hotel in spite of our repeated request. No privacy as adjacent room (Wood Castle) is partitioned with just a plywood door. Adjacent room occupant had a baby which was crying whole night which made us too to spend sleepless nights. This hotel does not provide complimentary accommodation for driver. We managed to accommodate our driver after heated arguments with the proprietor Mr. Saravanan. The proprietor Mr. Saravanan was not only casual but was also dismissive and arrogant. This hotel, especially the room we stayed, is not worth for the rent charged. I request MakeMyTrip to insist hotels to incorporate the features mentioned in this comment (such as floor wise location of rooms, availability of lift, availability of vegetarian food, complimentary accommodation for drivers, room privacy etc. so that tourists will not have bad experience like the one we had in this hotel.

Property is nice, rooms are spacious, washrooms are clean, only thing I observed was Bedsheet was little dirty.

Resturant is not available in the hotel. water supply to bath room was unavailable at midnight till morning. Enough care taker personal not available mostly managed by one person. His behaviour is good.

Pros: Spacious rooms, peaceful location, nearby Kodai Lake, Good view from terrace. Cons: Management should maintain the property well. Washroom door locks are broken, Water from taps is yellowish which looks dirty. Also they should provide proper drinking water.
