Hotel Green Park

Location 2\5, hot water available only between 6. 30- am to 8. 30 am, price are high for the room, staff behaves like we are staying there for free of cost. Bedsheets are full of dust required mask for sleeping. Wi fi is for name sake only no speed.

The staff was friendly. And service is good. Nothing was too much touble. Hotel view is amazing. Overall comfortable to stay this hotel

Good stay

The room and restroom were hygienic and pristine. Only thing is, they gave an underground room which is too cold for kodaikanal climate apart from that everything is great.

Basement room has no ventilation. All other rooms nearby are filled with tiles and other items. Big mosquitoes all over, manager ramesh asked why you haven't called me before booking, i should have arranged better room.

The location was great! the room was very clean with great decoration, comfortable king bed, spacious bathroom and very good audio and video system! also there was free wi-fi in all the hotel premises! the breakfast & lunch was very good with both cold and hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!

Poor maintenance, not even provided the water bottle. Food was not available, amenities are also,

It is at centre of the town and convenient to visit near by visiting places. The property is being maintained clean and parking space available. One of the drawbacks is hot water is not being provided whole day. Only for 3 hrs from 06:30am to 09:30 am being provided. For full day availability of hot water, rs 500- additional was sought. Cost of booking rooms at desk is much lesser than booking through ‘ make my trip’. Almost 30 % to 40% lesser. Overall, it was good stay but not great stay.

The property is located near to lake and rooms were more spacious and the amenities were good, hot water and they had water doctor for drinking water. Only constraint for me is that in mm t the rate was around 20% higher than the actual rate at the hotel.

Walkable distance from lake. Parking arrangements are good. Comfortable rooms. Front desk persons were humble and helpful!

It was a nice stay with hotel green park. Room was clean and good. Calm and quiet. Hot water is available in morning time. The only issue is the hotel not having own restaurant. We need to go outside for each meals even coffee and tea also. But it was available very near to the hotel. Overall nice.

Additional amount collected rs 1500 but additional bed not given. Staff treat badly.
