Hotel SV International

It was below average.Room is ok , average.Hot water in bathroom was not available, when asked they said it's available only in morning but was not available in morning too. water was in pale red colour. Complimentary buffet breakfast was not available for one day,it was ala carte with iddly and Dosa. Seems staffs was not available in Diwali, I will suggest to give holiday to entire staff and close on Diwali day than giving bad stay to customers.

the hotel is really worth for money every thing is fantastic would like to come again and again food ,service and rooms are excellent

please don't ever try to book standard rooms since the rooms are located in under ground 2nd level no lift facility available in this hotel . restroom don't even have exhaust or window ..

Went to Kodaikanal with Family (inc. 2 Kids) Enjoyed the Stay. Breakfast was Good. Value for Money.

If you want to say in short, you can't even drink water, you can say a lot, that's the standard of the hotel.

This is the worst hotel in the world. They will give some underground room. A very damped floor with a lot of moisture, you can't walk in the room. Geyser is not available you can get hot water in the evening around 6-8 and morning upto 9. Room. Os very dirty. Tvs doesn't have only tamil channels. There is no lunch option available. The overall experience will be pathetic.

Housekeeping and higine in the room was not good. The good thing is the behaviour of the staff.

Stay wads very bad. Hotel location is good but infront from our balcony lot of smell was coming. We took garden view. We paid for that but unable to visit even at balcony. There is no cleaning at all. No staff at reception. Bathroom was not good. They took breakfast money but no option. No buffet. Waste of money. I paid around rs 5000 pet day. But total waste

Had a horrible experience staying in this hotel for two nights only because we had already paid the cash and no other option was left in front of us. First and foremost the room as well as the bathroom was not hygienic and were not properly cleaned. The balcony area was covered with sheets which had numerous holes which we felt unsafe. This hotel does not have a proper parking area and our vehicle was subjected to a scratch only because it was parked there. There was no hot water supply besides being a very cold place. Thus staying in this room was a total disappointment and waste of money

Total 6 rooms booking. Two rooms bathroom tap not working. Food very high cost and poor taste my family members totally upset

Sv international hotel is neat and clean with ac, hot water facility. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious it gives a home atmosphere. Food served are delicious and hygiene. Staff are very friendly. If needed they will arrange for travels at reasonable price.

No geyser, no lift, no toiletries. Pillows are stinking. Mattress is horrible.

The hotel was good but not as expected. We saw this property in make my trip the hotel is so nice in the pics but in reality it is not as expected... And the room smell was soo bad ... The bathroom was ok ok But the food was tasty 😋and good There was no AC and fan but it was so cold than expected

Property was very old and not at all well maintained. I ordered tea and i saw a cockroach circling the tea pot. We have guests too in the room nothing but rats. Worst room ever i stayed. Further, no hot water it comes only in the morning it too is not so hot.
