Stay was excellent with good view points ambience also was good hot water available through out the day food taste was mouth watering

The views from the room balcony and the restaurant are stunning. Staffs are welcoming and provide excellent service. Food was great and the location is perfect. It is away from the busy main areas but still close enough to the main town with only a 5 min short drive to the lake. Best part of my stay was seeing a family of Bison just from my room balcony.

It was great stay , the staffs were pleasant and a breadth taking view from the rooms , overall a comfortable stay for a pleasant vacation

Big problem of hot water

Location and services are best. View from the room is just amazing. Food and amenities are also good. The staff very polite and helpful. For dinner also prior orders were being taker at the doorstep viz hardly experienced. Worth to get the best experience of holidays in the lap of nature.

The room is pathetic, where the water tab was not fixed well. Lodged complaint on the first day of stay but not fixed even in my 3 days' stay. Breakfast was terrible and half cooked.

The hotel location is at great height. It provides a great mountain view. Just ask for Premium rooms. It has a balcony with a good view. The hot water only comes during the specific time. We were a family of 3, they had arranged an extra railing bed and the room became quite congested. Food was okay but hygiene must be taken care of. The staff are friendly. The road to reach the hotel is quite narrow and steep.
