The location of the property was awesome , it was just near the lake , the staff was really nice and responsive, the rooms were clean and ventilated .The place is beautiful with a pretty view . The staff is kind .

The hotel provided restaurant ask to me dinner payment partially to personally and firm google pay. I sent the total amount with G pay. but restaurant people compelled m must you can pay liquid money, other they can't accept the payment. I have only G pay. So I pay this amount with G pay.

Good Stay
The facility was very good and it is exactly bang in the middle of kodai opposite to government hospital. The food was good and it was hot .only thing is small size of the whole property.the staffs are very good

Poor Stay
Bathroom tiles is not safe Timings are not conveyed correctly. Rat ate our food Breakfast was not so great. Outside restroom is bad. They got money in cash for early checkin

Poor housekeeping and restaurant service
The room has poor illumination. One is unable to read inside the room. Hotel does not have its own restaurant. There is no provision of room service after the routine restaurant hours. Breakfast timings are very late, which starts at 8:30 AM. We had to catch the flight so we had to start early (8:45AM). We requested the hotel staff to provide the breakfast early. However, to our utter disappointment breakfast was not ready even at 8:50AM. We had to leave without the breakfast.

Nice stay
3 nights stay for 2+1 family, was allotted fantastic 2+1 bed room Absolutely cosy, spacious and well maintained Nice service and support too Couldn't make the most of complimentary breakfast as they don't offer JAIN meal. That's the only negative part for us

family stay in May 202
stayed for 4 days at this hotel, had booking for 2 deluxe rooms for entire family, staff behaviour was very good, but the deluxe rooms unfortunately are in the ground flr which makes those damp & cold during rains. the bathrooms need serious upgrades, there's not even a clothes rack, positive part is there is a geyser ensuring hot water all day. complimentary breakfast was good but restaurant does not serve lunch & has limited options for dinner, has ample parking space, small garden with swings, overall good.

Yellow Towels, Small Rooms, Pathetic Breakfast.
Room is very small. Breakfast is pathetic, oil used for cooking is very poor like dhaba. Towels are yellow instead of white. Just avoid this hotel.

Not a 3 star property.....
Poor service... No toileteries.... No bed side light... Only one side bed table... Poor quality room cutlery... 3 different types of local tea cups.... Keep requesting for water refill... Insufficient tea/coffee refill.,.. broken sink n electric switch plate in toilet...poor response from reception Definitely not a 3 star property... Make my trip team not verified property or making fool of customer.

Had a pleasant stay here. Good location. Walking distance from Lake and park. Close to bus stand too. The staffs are good and helpful.
