good good good had a great experience during my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and the room was spotless and well maintained. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming — excellent service all around. Location alone ok, room is in under ground. Gyser not working For places like Kodikanal without geyser how to manage reception member gave one bucket hot water he was polite. Parking also u have to find yourself in the road. Towel and bed were not clean. No lift we have to carry luggage underground. Booked hotel online by seeing fab. Worst staying experience.

Apart from the filthy room, dirty linen, and unclean quilt, the room assigned to me was in the basement (minus one. The wi-fi connectivity was poor, and mobile reception was weak due to the location. I am equally disappointed with mmt’s services. I was not provided with any solution. Despite being outside the entire day, i did not receive any call. I was expecting the booking to be canceled so i could book a better hotel, but i am disappointed to note that no assistance was provided.

The rooms were horrible, no wifi as described, stinky & dusty, loud calling bells and that rang you to wake up for a cheap tea. Breakfast was good. Charged me extra 500 for swapping to some how better room. These kind of stats must have a refund option, just in case if cancel due to unsatisfactory room.

Cozy and peaceful room. Tarrif was justified for such an amazing stay with all modern facilities and nice vibe. Every small thing, eg toiletries, was given. Everything was really great about this place.
