I have never seen anything like this hotel... Clean-0% Bad smell Toilet not clean Worst Staff behaviour

The rooms are poorly maintained and do not match the photos shown online. For the price charged, the quality is disappointing. The washrooms are in very bad condition, and even basic amenities like the flush were not working.

Bathroom is very bad Window doors were in dead state and hanging in air. It will fall at any time. Water greaser is not working. Room is very bad and smelly. Bed sheets are old and used. Please don’t go for it. Your entire trip mood will get spoiled if stayed here.

Hotel is very neat and clean. And the service is very good

Not clean. Windows broken. Too much smell. Tv didn't work. No water supply at early morning. All fought.

We booked 3 deluxe rooms in this hotel. The rooms we were given were at the basement level -ve. The walls as well as the floor were damp and had a kind strong unpleasant odour throughout. No hygiene in the rooms, the bed sheets were dirty and stinking. Forget about hot water, there was no water at all next day morning and absolutely no one to attend our complaint. Very poor staff service, no towels, soaps were provided despite several requests. A very nightmarish stay experience. No parking facility

It is a very old hotel, the rooms are smelly and the washroom is very dirty. Requesting makemytrip to review this hotel, better to remove from your app.

Hotel is gud. Rooms are clean and well maintained. It is half km from the lake. It is safety for couple and family members we can choose this hotel for comfortable stay. Staff are gud. We had pleasant stay.

Kodaikanal is an excellent place to visit. The room is well located in a place from where you can visit most of the places. Need to improve on the cleanliness stuff. The bed sheet and bathrooms can be improved a lot. Fro the point of a group stay its really very cozy and good as well.

Worst experience bathroom without locks. Walls with spits shades. Pillows dirt. Was very bad experience. Good for guys who just wanah drink and don't need a clean room. Compared to OYO I will give negative rating

Not at all worth of money. The bedsheets were not clean and the facilities were also not up to the mark. The owner, room boy everyone is the same person and he didn't even care whether we were there or not

Worst hotel in my life. There is no regular heat water, Wi-Fi, accommodation is worst. Don't book this hotel. Nothing interesting things in the hotel totally a very big disappoint on the hotel.

Clean and neat room and good maintenance, out look Is very beautiful, nice communication, foods are tell in workers and going to kept in the food in stay our room, bathroom are very clean and neat.
