The resort is situated up above the main city. The rooms are small and abnormal interiors. There is a small kitchen like space made in vain which reduces room and bed sizes. Some basic services are not available, like slippers, average size TV (where no channel available), hangers, exhaust fans etc. There are frequent water supply problems also which last long for hours. There is no proper cleanliness and hygiene in and around kitchen area. Overal a bad and mood disturbing experience and never to go again.

Hilltop View was good. Staff was supportive. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty. In total it was a good experience here.

The infrastructure and the way of treating and serving was good. The rooms are neat and clean.

Location is very very far from main stream. one can reach only by own vehicle. location is good but service and cleanliness is poor. there were no toiletries and any room service. food is average and zero cleanliness. i will not recommend this hotel at all.

I have taken 2 rooms for 2 couples, in the case of 1 room the main door of the room was not able to lock from outside . For another the lock of bathroom door was not working properly

It’s nice but there should be change in amenities because it’s was so old. And we need to improve in service but they have good in service when we go they are very friendly and it’s very helpful but next I think whether we need to stay or not

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like we were at home. Their attentiveness and positive attitude made our stay truly memorable. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, answering all our questions with patience and with a smile always. A special thanks to Mr. Vijay Raj who is GM of this property...who helped us for the sightseeing of Kodai & also in our entire stay.He was trying to give his best efforts to satisfy all the guests of the hotel.& Also thanks to Bala & Nazir for their services in our entire stay.The hotel was situated in a quiet and peaceful area from where we are able to see the beautiful view of the Kodai Hill. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.Everything about this hotel was perfect. From the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms, we had a truly memorable experience.

Wash room very bad, room full congested, property road bad. Any way next time better choices choose

Room does not have lock. Dinner served at 10 pm even though we ordered at 7 pm. Parking is worst

Very difficult to reach the destination, dont go with your own vehicle. Road condition was very pathetic and the service also not recommendable. We will never suggest to others.

Too much delay in serving food and lazy staff, breakfast will be served late, you can’t expect before 9 am and there is no clarity on complementary breakfast.

Stay was wonderful, very good view, very friendly staffs, this is my second stay at this resort, i saw many improvements in food, service, housekeeping, staffs behaviour this time i recommend this resort for family, food is very tasty, they have shop also inside their premises, they provided hot water all time, had good time over there

We booked 2 nights stay, staff behaviour is good, three times food is good, enjoyed camp fire also.

We booked one room but got another room on first day. Then we raised an issue and after multiple following they accept to change the room which we are booking on next day. The room was ok but it’s need to improve the hygiene especially when kids are around. Poor maintenance rooms and no house keeping service for 2 days also. Food is ok. But one good thing the person who is responsible for this, he is very polite and always helping with our queries. That’s why we can manage here for 3 days. Roads to reach this hotel is very tough one. Totally it’s an average stay.

Not up to the expectation, all are average cleanliness is ok, this room is recommended for bachelors

Good for the price we have booked it for 900-bit more cleaning needed for toilets and carpets. Heaters stopped working in bw.
