businessThis hotel is not at all for women travelers and business travellers. No kitchen no hot water. Basic facilities it is next to a wine shop. No room service number. U have to call a mobile number always. And staff is not trained properly. Staff tries their best to help you but only good for bachelors

The ac was being switched off during night. Tv was not functioning as tata sky was deactivated because subscription was not paid. Even none of the news channel was available. Complimentary breakfast was promised but they couldn't provide me dosa ( in bengaluru) welcome drink was promised but not provided

I went on an official visit to Bangalore and a friend suggested this hotel to me. The experience has been wonderful. The rooms are quite spacious and well maintained.the food served is also good. Staff is courteous, co-operative and prompt in service. The facilities are also appreciable. All in all deserves 5 on 5. Would definitely like to visit once more whenever I am in Bangalore next time.
