Nice stay, hotel location is walking distance from Regional Labour Institute, Lake Town, Kolkata. Food is very tasty and neat and clean. Hotel staff are highly professional and behavior is nice. Easy to approach from Bidhan Nagar railway station. Ola services are available.

My stay was pleasant overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the friendly and cooperative staff - especially the guy who served me breakfast. The in-house dining was reasonably priced and added to the convenience. While the property is cleaner than many similar options nearby, a little more attention to cleanliness, especially fresh blankets and bedsheets, would make the experience even better. Accessing the hotel at night was slightly inconvenient since the main gate shutter was closed, but the staff were available and opened it without delay. The only major concern was the confusion around extending my stay. The property appears online under multiple names - one under FabHotel and another under OYO - which created a lack of coordination. My confirmed booking didn’t reflect in their system, and since the person managing the listings was unresponsive, I eventually had to cancel and request a refund through MMT. It was an unpleasant experience that could easily be avoided. My suggestion: streamline internal coordination and avoid listing the property under multiple names. You have a great hotel overall - just refine these areas for a smoother guest experience.

The room is quite good with all the lightings but the bathroom is horrible. And their service is horrible, if you contact them they don't pick up the call. I paid extra 100 rupees for 2 hours late check out, they are not providing that. All over it was really poor experience, I recommend people to contact the property like this before booking

Most worthless hotel I have ever visited. Bathroom was uncleaned after repeated requests. The room was very congested by putting a sofa in such a small room. They refused to serve breakfast although breakfast was included in my booking. The manager told me that the hotel is now not under the Fab group and so we are not bound to give you free breakfast. Only the good thing was that the staff were very polite and good.
