I stayed at Hotel Jai for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was well maintained throughout my stay. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which made me feel welcome. The South Indian breakfast was tasty and added a nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, Hotel Jai offers a great combination of comfort, hospitality, and value. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area

Buffet Breakfast was good, Building was little old. Location was nearer to lake. overall a good place to stay.

Worst Experience Ever! Our stay at Hotel Jai was absolutely terrible. They don’t provide 24-hour hot water, which is shocking for a hotel that charges this much. There was no room heater, and the rooms were naturally freezing cold. We literally shivered the entire night and couldn’t sleep at all. When we complained, the staff showed no concern and gave no proper solution. Totally disappointing and uncomfortable stay — I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

We booked two family room and one deluxe room for three family.Stay was pleasant. booked with dinner option. Food was tasty. Hotel Jai was exceptionally good, it was so so so clean that we could only see in 5 star hotels. I loved how they have maintained the entire property. Also thr food wad good, things that was weird was the checkout timings which was 9AM was not really appreciated though we have stayed there till 11AM and no one asked us to leave and their hot water timing was weird too, in the afternoon you don’t get hot water at all from 11AM - 5PM. Overall the experience was good and it was in the prime location so had enjoyed our time there.

Food and services are good. the location is quite but the approach to the property is not as one can expecto in Kodaikanal.
