very pathetic hotel ,no cleanliness with smelly beddings,food was also tasteless,breakfast area was full of flies

The room was good. The amenities and facilities were nice...but the complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark...we were not provided with any fruits that were offered in the itnary.... Overall 4 * rating...,

Excellent Stay
The facilities and services were outstanding. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot on top of a hill, offering excellent views. Reaching the hotel was slightly challenging, but once there, everything was spotless – from the rooms to the entire premises.

I can give an average rating because room size is enough to stay with children. Little traffic will face, not enough water flow in both the toilet and washing.

Excellent Stay
Stay was pretty good but the food is not recommended. They are not serving Egg in the morning even though it's part of the menu, and when I ordered a soup they made an instant knor soup.

Poor Stay
The hotel rooms are of medium size, clean but the Hotel is approx 3/4 km from city on a hill. If you don't have own vehicle then local taxi charges Rs 1000 to go to city and come back. Very limited options of lunch and dinner, no shops nearby, room service is ok.

overall good service and staff was so good and the room and view was so good. The food was so good both morning and night. The rate was also cheaper.

Poor Stay
no proper roads good for bikers however for family and elderly people not recommend no proper roads and lifts it's difficult for elders to climb, no near hospitals for any medical emergency and no first aid as well at the place.

Good Stay
All were good except the drain in the approach road just having a rod in the middle and very stiff risers to approach reception then to rooms and then to dining hall. Those having knee pains or lungs problem are advised to think twice before booking. MMT required to provide direct telephone no of hotel instead on centralized no of treebo as location is not easy to find out. Staffs are great , humble , polite and prompt. breakfast is moderate with very limited options but tasty foods. Dinner food is moderate. The hotel provided free accommodation to my driver along with complimentary breakfast. Room was very good with excellent views from wall to wall windows , it has a big balcony looking towards fool kodaikanal from Hill top. The garden of the hotel is beautiful with sweet flowers. I and my wife are happy in general

Property is nice and rooms were clean with good balcony view. Complimentary breakfast was a totally disappointed one. Food option and quality is not good as we paid for Dosa and bread omelette.

Recommended to stay wit family or friends
Stayed from 3pm to 9am, 2 rooms with friends. Friendly & courteous staff, especially Mr.Raja. Rooms & surroundings are very good. Breakfast options are limited (Dosa, Pongal, Upma) and ok. Had balcony and view is good. Water, hot kettle, tea, coffee were provided. On request, they brought extra items we required. Pre ordered dinner was very good. There is a small shop in 7min walking distance. For bikers, be careful about the steep climb. Kodai attractions are not far.

Great Place
It was a wonderful stay. Property matched the description and photos provided in the website. Well maintained hygiene and friendly staffs. Mr.Suresh, the manager of the property made the stay very comfortable and helped us to explore new places in kodaikanal. Food was good.
