The location of the property is very convenient to Kodaikanal lake as well as other nearby tourist places. We had a wonderful stay...We could park our car just in front of our room which was very helpful. We didnot try food here, but the room was really clean. I would just recommend them to provide wooden flooring or carpets in room since the weather gets really chilling in winter...

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Cliffton. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the lake and other major tourist attractions, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast spread was really good, with a nice variety of tasty options to start the day. The property is well maintained, with a clean garden and a neat play area that adds to the relaxing atmosphere, especially for families. Overall, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay — I’d definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Pleasant stay just few 500mtrs from Kodai lake. Room was very clean and maintained well. Breakfast was served in morning and was very yummy

Location is good for family

Hotel cliffton location is beautiful also located in centre of kodaikanal. Only bad is no food, tea and coffee are not available in the premises. Also make available of tea makers in room also.

The hotel is overpriced for the price they charge, not a welcoming approach

Had a excellent stay, room was very near and gave good amenities like Bisleri water, water kettle and hair dryer. Best part is they have given a room for our driver without any extra charge.

The stay was average. The ambience is good, but the property is not well maintained. There is no room service and no lunch available, which was quite inconvenient. While basic needs are met, the lack of upkeep and limited facilities affect the overall experience. It's okay for a short stay if you're not expecting full hotel services.

it’s a excellent place with full of greenery and worth for money

Basic bathroom toiletries were not provided including towels at the time of check in & when asked for the same, the attending staff members started arguing that it will only be provided after 6 pm. There were no minimum eating facilities like tea, coffee and snacks and when asked for the same they said that it wasn't complementary and that if we ordered the same we had to pay for it. The promised campfire was also cancelled. The overall servicing wasn't good which ruined the stay.

Stay was good. Rooms spacious and clean. Restaurant good. Nearby to lake. Walkable to Kodai Centre places.
