Room was good but there was no heater whereas while booking it was mentioned that heater will be provided. There was no house keeping facility in hotel though we stayed for 2 days. No toiletries were provided though it was mentioned that it would be provided. Room is near bus stop so it's easy to commute.

The place was quite good for me to stay for a knight ,the property staff are polite people and the room was good with all basic facilities like Geyser , kettle and towels . Outside the property there are restaurants all the way with Chinese , North Indian,South Indian and some Pizza like things with good ambience.overall a good property with affordable price in kodaikanal with Bus stand nearby with 500m range .

Room is good, but in two days stay, no one come for room cleaning purpose or any service purpose. even service personnel not known how to operate geyser when we require, we tried ourselves and used. for this I give average to this hotel. but room part, it is good.

groupExcellent location, croakers walk, bryants park, kodai lake, restaurants, bus stand, petrol pump all are at walking distance. Room was spacious, with sufficient charging sockets. Room was clean, provided towels, soaps, electric kettle, tv, etc. Polite reception boy. Bathroom latch was broken though, we managed with it, but can be a hassle for elder people. Bit costly but the location makes up for it.

One of the best stay in kodaikanal if you are planning to book a stay in budget this is a best stay for this budget i searched multiple locations but this is one of the best place among them the minus are hot water taps except this everything is ok this is my honest review don't believe the negative comments.

Very neat rooms with very neat washroom heater facility and parking available location also good but had some market in front of the hotel very friendly staff only thing is that one of the pillow cover was torn one.

A pleasant and safe place to stay with family

It's very near the city, rooms are good and there is no disturbance we can have a peaceful stay here. Sun-day there is a market near the location so cars need to park somewhere else till 7pm rest all days no issue in parking they have good parking space. We took a triple bed room and it's neat and good. Television working with all channels. 24 hours heat water available. I would suggest for family stay.
