I had a wonderful stay at JC Residence! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff truly made the experience exceptional. During both breakfast and dinner, the team was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely caring — always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our meals. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The service overall was outstanding, and I would highly recommend JC Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

good experience. good for family. good food. my kids enjoyed. located in town. there won't be any scenery view in balcony or windows. but instead property experience is good and connected to nature

While the property is conveniently located in the heart of the city, the surrounding area leaves much to be desired, particularly when it comes to cleanliness. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms is equally disappointing; they are in dire need of renovation and repair. The hotel's staffing issues significantly contribute to the overall negative experience. The JC Group, which manages the establishment, seems to employ an insufficient number of staff, resulting in overworked employees who are stretched too thin. This lack of manpower is evident in the slow service and the inability to maintain cleanliness—dirty plates often remain outside guest rooms for an entire day after meals. Moreover, the window views are utterly uninspiring, lacking any pleasing scenery that one might hope for during a stay. The beds themselves are also in poor condition, with broken frames that detract from comfort. Overall, the hotel falls well below average and does not meet even the most basic expectations for hospitality. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The room we had to change thrice, they were infested with cockroaches. Hygiene requires improvement. Food was good for a few occasions. Accommodation is required for Drivers. Overall the stay was average .

Had a pleasant and a good stay at jc. The room is very clean and the ambience of the hotel is very good. Staffs are very friendly. Strongly recommend for a family stay.

The food was very good and had multiple options. Even for kids. The rooms are little old theme bit maintained well and spacious.

Food, stay, ambience and service is excellent. As it's located in the city, it's easy to commute to places. Bonfire area is very entertaining.

Shower doesn't work lots of small insects terrible food no lift property isn't big as it is shown in the pictures

We had a nice stay in jc residency for two days. The food were too good and place they kept neat and clean.

Comfortable and luxurious stay with supporting restaurant staff like mr suresh, mr murugan. Reception desk was helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food was excellent with varieties at bf and dinner buffet. Location was perfect.
