While the property is conveniently located in the heart of the city, the surrounding area leaves much to be desired, particularly when it comes to cleanliness. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms is equally disappointing; they are in dire need of renovation and repair.
The hotel's staffing issues significantly contribute to the overall negative experience. The JC Group, which manages the establishment, seems to employ an insufficient number of staff, resulting in overworked employees who are stretched too thin. This lack of manpower is evident in the slow service and the inability to maintain cleanliness—dirty plates often remain outside guest rooms for an entire day after meals.
Moreover, the window views are utterly uninspiring, lacking any pleasing scenery that one might hope for during a stay. The beds themselves are also in poor condition, with broken frames that detract from comfort.
Overall, the hotel falls well below average and does not meet even the most basic expectations for hospitality. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay.
