We booked 2 rooms on 28. 03. 2024 to 29. 03. 2024. But due to some bf road conditions, our vehicle developed multiple mechanical problems and most of our time was spent in getting the vehicle repaired at mettupalyam. So we decided to return to bangalore lest we get i to more trouble in ghat sections. The same message was conveyed to the concerned person at temple towers. I know there is no refund for the booking, but since the situation was out of control, i request you to refund the amount of rs 4802. We will definitely visit this place in the coming months.

Very good stay. Wifi is bit slow, other than that there is no issues, excellent behaviour of staffs, very polite. Too cold area as expected. I recommend this hotel for everyone

Thanks for your valuable feedback sir. I have already mentioned the distance of our hotel and it is 2.5 Km away from Kodaikanal Lake. Already we have pasted the hot water timings ( From 7 Am to 10 Am ) in all the rooms. If you informed us we will switch on the Geyser for a half an hour it will be useful to refresh.

Our stay was good, hospitality was good too. In our room, the water heatet didn't work, even after multiple complaints, they didn't rectified it. Food was not too good.

Morning we have switched on the Geyser @ 7 Am and we informed you to wait for half an hour to get heat, in between if you open the tap hot water will not come due to water and the climate is cold. After a bath we need to wait for 10 Minutes. This instruction was given to you when you complained the first time.

Good hotel for reasonable rate . Very calm and peaceful area. The compound is guite huge. Good for couple or group visit . You may enjoy the sunrise early morning from hotel room itself. Food was good and the receptionist was also helpful.
