The stay was okayish but not that great. The main problem is the unavailability of hot water which is a major concern as it was freezing cold. Rest all okay.

My recent experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn other travelers. If you value basic comfort, hygiene, and respectful service, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The problems began with the washroom, which shockingly lacked a jet spray—a basic amenity in this day and age. When I approached the host to ask for a solution, his response was not just unhelpful, but incredibly rude. He dismissed my concern by saying, "I don't know, do whatever you want," and walked away. This appalling lack of customer service set the tone for the rest of our stay. The most significant issue was the electricity. The hotel has no power backup, and we were left without any electricity for a staggering 18 hours. With no electricity, it was very difficult for us to charge our gadgets and continue out journey comfortably. Furthermore, the room we received was not what we had booked. I had specifically reserved a room for four people with two separate beds. Instead, we were crammed into a small room where the two beds were pushed right against each other, leaving almost no space to move. To top it off, they provided only a single blanket for all four of us. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever endured. The combination of missing basic amenities, a hostile host, crippling power outages, and incorrect room allocation made for a miserable experience. Do not waste your money here. There are plenty of other options available that will undoubtedly provide a much better and more comfortable stay.

There was no jet spray in washroom which was disappointing and wall paint was peeling, other than these things there was no issue

It's very far from Lake. There's no way to get there. Regular hot water is not available for bathing. This hotel lacks basic amenities. There's no regular room service.

Beds are not clean and washed properly. No heater provided in the bathroom. Parking is also not good. Not worth the money we paid.

I don't like the resort first of al it's not an resort . in online they have shown different images but in offline it's entirely different. no proper rooms,no switch sockets,no tv. Not a comfortable room I say . even I have complaint to make my trip to refund still there is no response. worst from ur side here after I won't book even online

The food is good, but the room is very poor and not worth the money. The location is too far from the city, and there are no shops nearby. I will not recommend for family, fine for bachelor

Food, hospitality and location is good. One room out of 2 was not allocated to accomodate 2 adults and one child.

It was really good experience. The hospitality and service were great. The food was great, especially chicken chettinadu. They could've installed a handshower in the toilet. Otherwise everything is good for this price.
