HOTEL RIFAYA

there is no food service, outside the hotel full of garbage, no proper hot water service, due to this I did not stay thirday which I paid, But I left in second night

very bad service ... no restaurant... no hot water... nothing.. no management..

Hotel room was good and very near to bustand and lake But the walking path towards it is very unclean and steepy.

it's very difficult to reach the hotel which is located on a very narrow road and there is no hotel nearby if you want to take anything from outside it's a big task. Nearby doesn't have any hotel to buy even if they don't have a restaurant they didn't provide the hot water for drinking. waste money. hygiene part smelly washroom

room service is worst. and it is difficult to stay with kids because there is no food facilities. there is no cleanliness and immediate response

I was walk towards a restaurant in bus stand. It was so long to walk towards restaurant. The road was up and down. The location was so long. We take a taxi to the Lodge in first day. The room was very clean

fantastic stay... very clean... The slope from the Bus stand to the hotel was difficult to climb - senior citizens might find it difficult.

The room was just a room without any sanitary essentials. There was no complimentary water in the room. The phone wasn't working. There were cracks in the room. untidy bedsheets and cover.

Hotel room and service was very good but the way to reach hotel was very steep y and very tough to go down or come up otherwise in our room we had tv cable problem and water heater problem but the person in reception immediately responded
