The whole atmosphere of the resort was excellent and all the important sight seeing are located nearly and a fantastic place for a getaway. The room was excellent and all the amenities listed are available and the staff were so professional

We had a great experience at this hotel. We booked the Heritage room which was well maintained and provided a cozy vibe in the amazing Kodai weather. The property is almost a century old which adds to the charm. The staff is very well-mannered and proficient. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety. I will recommend to stay at this property and enjoy the nice kodai weather

Property is excellent.. It’s clean and maintained well.. Service staffs were friendly and well behaved Swimming pool is not temperature controlled.. that’s the only con Food was bit costly but the quality was good

My first experience in kodaikanal...and i loved so much.....the hotel where we stayed was extraordinary experience ....and the people in the hotel were very kind and their caringness towards us very special, they treated us very polite...and i loved everything in that hotel....i will give 10/10 .

Had a splendid stay. Hospitality was great. Yummy spread of Break fast served hot and smiling faces of all the staff. Property was also great and well located and very accessible. All over a satisfying stay and will definitely look forward to come back.

Room was nice . But instead of a common heater, was provided individual water heater which takes 20 mins to release hot water everytime after 1st use. This was very inconvenient. Food was ok but could have been better. Staff were very courteous

Nice location in the valleys, exceptionally quiet and peaceful, Very helpful staff and excellent food especially the coffee was superb, ,Little suggestions that a vehicle should be provided to take the guests to the room as everybody may not be comfortable climbing so many stairs.

Good stay, Enough space on room , Also have balcony with valley view, Good Food, Good Hospitality from all staff, Provided extra blankets and mattresses, 24 x 7 hot water available on bathroom.Car parking just front of out cottage.Easy access from Main road

the road to this property is so poor only 8 km from main road..but takes 1.5hr reach.. we will get so tiered..room is okay..

The place is excellently maintained. clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully managed. The staff are well-trained, friendly, and provide genuinely good service. The entire space feels calm and inviting, with peaceful surroundings that add to the experience. The food was absolutely delicious,no complaints at all! The only thing I wish they offered was the option for a late check-out. That would have made the stay perfect.

I have booked 2 rooms, 1 room was good but the second room that I have been given is a basement room to stay(next to staff room), it was very scary to stay in the basement room so I told I am not comfortable to sleep in basement room but they did not change the room, so me and my 2 kids had to sleep on the floor with mattress, we did not use the room for 1 night. I requested them multiple times but they did not give me a new room. Next day they have given me a new room.

We have booked the heritage resort which is premium in this hotel on 9th MAY. Upon our arrival we were treated well, with our constant complaints regarding the facilities, manager was upset. At 8 pm our room geyser doesn’t work, so we could not get hot water, to our surprise geyser started working at 7 am next day. When asked the manager he told us it could be a trip in the main switch. Next day also same problem. When enquired we came to know that the manager controls the geyser from main board. Even the technicians hinted us on this. Food was not good on our day of arrival, then it was taken care of since we were disappointed. This resort has spa and its worth it. Mr Ajayan is experienced and skilled who takes care of spa. This is a 3 star property and not upto the mark,we paid per one day and and its utter waste of our money. Shaving kit also is provided on request. Room heater is charged Rs 500 +GST. Luckily our room heater charges is waived off as we demanded it to be a minimal necessity in this hill station. staff lacks professionalism.

Property decorated by gardens and landscapes. Room was spacious and very neat. Had a premium experience all together.

We had a wonderful time at craigmore kodaikanal. Right from check in to check out , it's was very smooth and relaxed. Ms. Shahala at the front desk was very helpful and extremely courteous . The chef deserves a special mention for the sumptuous food he cooked up. The room was very clean and big with a great view
