The stay, the location, the service and rooms was good and kids friendly however the accessibility or the road to the resort from the main road was bad. The resort was situated 8 km away from main road so the accessibility to the main road from the resort is bad Apart from that part all were good and we enjoyed

The stay was absolutely wonderful...such a serene place aloof from the crowd of kodai town....close to nature.....u have lot of monkeys through out the property....lucky enough to get hold of a peacock too...they also maintain pretty good cuisine..... courteous service from each and every staff....as always said...the most difficult roads lead to exotic destinations....though the way to resort is 80 percent damaged giving u a complete off-road experience, the treck is worth....

It was an amazing experience staying in zacs valley. They have multiple activities which you can opt for and they take care of planning and executing those things very nicely. Food was awesome. Breakfast buffet extraordinary. Rooms are spacious and well maintained

I stayed in one of the Stream View Cottages, and the sweet sound of the flowing water created a soothing ambiance, leaving my mind refreshed and relaxed. The morning birdsong added to the charm, and as a birdwatcher, I was thrilled to see a variety of bird species on the property. For me, the stay was incredibly fulfilling and worth every moment. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a mix of South Indian and English dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone. For dinner, I tried their Chinese cuisine, and it was undoubtedly some of the best food I’ve had in my life. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect balance of comfort and aesthetics. I was also impressed by the Wi-Fi speed, which was consistently strong, even in this serene, interior location. One of the highlights of my stay was the open theatre program arranged by the resort. It was lively and enjoyable, featuring music, dance, and fun games that catered to all age groups. The team even arranged a beautiful cake and helped us organize a surprise birthday celebration for my friend, making the occasion truly memorable. Their thoughtful efforts in making the event special meant a lot to us. The staff, from the front office to housekeeping and service, were incredibly helpful and attentive, promptly meeting all our requirements. Their warm and professional approach added greatly to the overall experience. The approach road to the stay is completely off-road and there should be proper mention of that so people can plan it accordingly. Extremely difficult to drive vehicles with lower ground clearance. Now coming to the stay: the area is nice and isolated but the stay maintenance can be better as we saw cockroaches running around everywhere in the room. Foodwise absolutely average at best with food charges on the higher side.

My stay was really amazing. The resort is well maintained and the staff carry a professional way managing things. The food served was tasty but i felt couple of food items are expensive.
