The location of the property is towards back side of lake and it is far from main market. It is decent location and view from balcony is good. Play area for kids were missing which were available in neighborhood properties. Property is neat and clean and well managed. Unluckily the commode seat was broken in the attached bathroom, but ir was pretty clean. Complementary breakfast was kind of south indian breakfast with not much options. Dinner(paid service) was good.

Very helpful and understanding people. Couple friendly stay. 10 minutes walk from Lake only. Room service is nice. Cab facility on request for local travel and transport to and fro to bus stop was good.

Service like shaving kit, dental kit, shampoo is missing and also disappointed. Pillows are not comfortable. Staff is courteous. Breakfast is neither pure South indian nor pure North indian. Despite above we had a good stay.

They have the most stingiest of bathrooms...We ordered food at 07:30 PM and received food after 09:00 PM. For my bad luck my daughter wanted to have chicken biryani and I think no one in the kitchen have ever atleast seen how a chicken biriyani looks like. Next day we ordered food at the restaurant in the afternoon due to heavy rain and they gave food exactly at 07:30 pm. But food is not up to the mark.

Make my trip reference various hotels as my previous lot of journeys but this is top one. This gives reputations to you. Very nice staffs, good car parking, morning they gives excellent breakfast with free of cost. They gave the breakfast coupon earlier that is during check-in. Make my trip should prefer this hotel to all Kodaikanal visitors. They will maintain your reputation.
