Review Of Hilltop Towers

A topnotch hotel. An absolute all-rounder hotel. From the rooms to the behaviour of the staff it's praise worthy. They even provided us with complementary breakfast for two consecutive day's. The food were really amazing. Overall an amazing ten on ten place.

The stay was excellent and pleasant. The food and other amenities in the room was wonderful.

Amazing location,staff,food. Its near to lake, brayans park and bazzar street. The hiltop restaurant is also amazing

The hotel is good and we booked two rooms..but they provided 2 rooms in two different floors...that made inconvient to us...The room is dusty...breakfast is good..but they told to share the food with kids in one plate...which was awful experience...I didn't expect this..If the kid uses separate plate...they charged the kids breakfast with Rs 150...no hotels in kodai charged like this

Neat and clean. Good food. Only thing that was not right is the wifi, it hardly connects and stays for some time. Never stable wifi connection, frequently disconnects and is very slow.

Nice location. Neat accommodation. They should install exhaust fan in bathroom. It helps.

All the staff are very polite. Room is good. Breakfast is good. The location is excellent. It is very close to Kodai lake, Bryant Park, Bus Stand and main market. The Manager allowed early check-in, 3 hours before the scheduled check-in time without any extra charge. Receptionist Chitra is also very polite and helpful

It was a good and best experience. I would love to try again next time. They need to improve breakfast and Dosa was not good.

All other things are good. Breakfast and car parking is the worst. Dont prefer this hotel if you have car.

Property food was good and location near kodai lake was accessible for anything his no problem and all facilities and staff are also good and gentle

The property is good near the Bus stand and main city . But the hotel room was of average size and cleanness was also not that great .hot water was there but only in the morning and evening. Breakfast provided was only south indian . Staff and services were good .

Hotel doesn't have lift. This causes difficulty to elderly people. When I booked two rooms, one room got booked under premium category in first floor. And another room under Standard category in 2nd floor. When all of us wanted to be in one floor, Hotel charged me extra ₹500/- per day which is unfair. Hotel doesn't provide mineral water bottles. Room was spacious; Breakfast was very good.

Excellent stay. Very much accomadative and well behaving staff. Restaurant is good. All fine. Car parking is tight though they adjust professionally. Hot water is available in the morning and in the evening for a specified time. They clearly explain during check in . It is located in a vantage position. Kodaikanal lake as well the bus stand is walkable only. Clean rooms with attentive staff.

Whole hotel smells badly. Whole room always have urine smell. Hygiene level is very poor. Would not recommend.

Review for Hiltop Towers, Kodaikanal – 5/5 I stayed at Hiltop Towers, Kodaikanal, for 4 days with my family and had a wonderful experience. We booked the Honeymoon Suite, which was excellent—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The ambience of the hotel was peaceful, and it made for a perfect stay in the hills. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our trip even more pleasant. Their warm hospitality truly stood out. Overall, I would rate this hotel a solid 5 out of 5 and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Kodaikanal.

Room was nice. Location is at heart of town. Parking can be an issue as they might run out of space and may not be readily available when we need. Might have to wait or adjust by parking elsewhere until we get space .

It was good place to stay. Would have been better if there was fan or AC or atleast fan for people to turn on when required. But has many food options to select from. Would have been better if the checkin and checkout time are 12pm and 11am which is how most hotels set their time so there is no rush in the morning to checkout at 9am itself. They did extend till 10am but still was too early compared to the usual hotels 12pm checkout
