Wonderful experience. This was my second time staying at Heritage Madurai, and it's always been great. We got a villa with a private pool and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Very good food. Very comfortable rooms. And overall, really beautiful property with a great vibe. Highly recommended. Wonderful experience. It was a unique experience staying at Heritage. Pros: 1. Private pool 2. Huge room 3. Cooperative and polite staff 4. Pleasant property 5. Affordable restaurant 6. Baby friendly Cons: 1. Rooms and amenities are a bit outdated and need a refresh. 2. The high tea is a joke, either get rid of it or make it more interesting with better food and drinks. 3. Rooms need to be a bit brighter and better decorated.

Was blown away by the ambience of the place. Did not expect such a lush green property in the midst of Madurai. Stayed in Deluxe room. Size and amenities good. All are yesteryear villas renovated in to rooms. The swimming pool is look alike of the traditional “theppa kulam” of the Meenakshi Amman temple. People visiting madurai for temple visit shud surely stay here to have a very authentic ethnic stay.

Our stay at the resort was relaxing and stunning. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quality time away

This is one of the best stay i experienced in my life Place is so so beautiful, looks very vibrant and traditional Indian home type I really enjoyed staying here one of the best experiences in life I’ll continue going there

The room was spacious, was of traditional type with a sit out in the back side overlooking an ancient tree. The breakfast was sumptuous though limited was tasty. The pottery making, the cycle ride, the snack bar were good.

Heritage Madurai perfect spot for weekend good food superb scenic pool good location rooms and cottage are very spacious and garden is lovely enjoyed cycling and resort is near to Meenaxi maa temple it took 20 min

Extraordinary ambience and excellent service. Very traditional outlook and lots of greenery. Food quality is great but taste can be improved. Jewel in the crown is plunge pool.

Stay was very good. Food was decent. Amenities and services are also good. Location is near to most places you would like to visit.

it was good .We didn't get much time to spent because we were visiting temples. Rest stuff we cheerfull

All things are very good. But restaurant food is very bad. No taste and supply cool food. Otherwise resort is very well maintained

The whole resort has lots of trees and looks great. All the rooms has a nice ethnic build. The staff and services were excellent. All in all a very nice stay.

The property is located in the heart of the city very close to temple. The staff is very friendly and the food tastes good. Very neat and hygiene place for families specially with kids.

Place is awesome. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Very good air conditioning. Service all through was very courteous and good. And the best was their food. Every dish was exquisite.
