Very comfortable, a bit far from center of town but too close to a big road. Difficult to get a taxi from outside

The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were courteous and very accommodating. Some how i felt the food was little bland despite them trying to adjust the ingredients to our taste. On the whole we had comfortable stay.

overall very pleasant experience during our stay in Grand Madhurai by GRT Hotels. Food was awesome and rooms were spacious and well maintained. Customer service was excellent as well. We particularly liked front desk experience when we walked in and restaurant staff was polite and very helpful. Overall 5 out of 5 rating for this trip.

The property is very well located. The rooms are amazing and had all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast and in room dining was a touch expensive but the taste and service was amazing.

nice rooms, good food, very friendly staff..around 10 km from the temple . you need to squint your eyes to see the temple from the temple view rooms though 😀

I recently stayed at Grand Madurai by GRT Hotels and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Positives: • The location is excellent, with easy access to the city. • The staff were courteous and helpful, always greeting with a smile. • The food was truly impressive — every dish had authentic flavor, and the Mutton Fry was definitely the highlight of my stay. • The ambience of the property is warm and welcoming, making it a great place to relax. Areas of improvement: • The bed in my first room had some issues with creaking sounds. Though the staff arranged a room change, I had to shift my luggage by myself, which could have been handled better. • The High Tea service needs improvement — both in terms of variety and promptness. Overall, despite minor hiccups, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, ambience, delicious food, and attentive staff. With a few improvements, it can easily become a perfect 5-star experience.

The stay and food both were Excellent my room was clean and very spacious, the TV was working properly and all the requests made during my stay were attended immediately. The food was especially delicious and I enjoyed all 3 meals over there. highly recommend the property

Hotel is quite new and have nice feel. Breakfast spread is nice. It's close to airport around 15minutes. I find pillow service of choice effective. I stayed 2night. First night I was unable sleep due to hard pillow. They change to pillow of my choice.
