Wonderful Stay at Pears Tree Villa – Excellent Hospitality!
We had a great experience staying at Pears Tree Villa. The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway in Kodaikanal. The rooms were neat and cozy, and the surroundings were calm with a great view. Special thanks to the caretaker Hameed, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He ensured we were comfortable, provided timely assistance, and even helped us with local guidance. His warm attitude truly added a personal touch to our visit.

Hey the stay was good but the sofa was very bad and kodaikanal being so cold they could have provided some better qualities and also the parking was good but the last part of road not good but the person in the stay was very good and helped us a lot

Property was located in a good location with an excellent view but google maps location was not correct if you are planning to stay here contact the caretaker and he will guide you he speaks english well

Nice calm clean place
The location is fantastic. Absolute peace and quiet. Food is available on call and also within fifteen minutes walk. Not a problem but don't expect gourmet. Everything is very clean, but could have been better.

Close to the township. But the road is most good. The room interiors has to be improved.

Stay from dec-22 to dec-24, 2020
Location of this property is cool. Before we check-in everything was set and there was no need to ping the property ppl for any help. Wifi was not there as mentioned in mm t but the same could be given for better stay. Since the mobile data signal has issues, it would be great if wifi is given for a better stay. Overall good experience.

Honeymoon trip
It was excellent room, decent, calm place. I like the hospitality, the host mr. Ha-meed was very generous showed great response to our needs. I wish to give special thanks to hameed. The rooms are clean and good. Viewpoint in terrace is excellent. Memorable stay. It was bit difficult to reach the villa due to heavy rain but it was ok
