Good place to stay and good care taker

Pros- View from the balcony was very good. But the balcony was shared one with the nearest room so privacy will be highly affected. Cons- Room is highly overrated. Toilet is of only 3 feet*6 feet size accommodating toilet+shower+wash basin. All furniture items including the wardrobe are very old and not enough for a family.Approach road to the property is very dangerous.

You will have an amazing view if you get the room on the top floor. Even the floor below is good but it has a closed balcony covered with glass. So its still good for the view. Food was decent but a little on the expensive side. They have a limited menu so check with them before you even reach there so that you can get want you want. Breakfast was complimentary and was good.

The stay was beautiful and the staff was cooperative. The best part about the stay is the view from the balcony and it’s so peaceful and nobody disturbs your privacy.

The rooms were not clean at symantach villa. Rooms are very small and bathrooms are like a small tub. It’s not at all right. My suggestion is you are spoiled your brand -It’s totally bad experience. It’s horrible experience

The charge for one tiny room was more than 7k a night which was not worth at all. The room and the bathroom was completely dirty. There was a balcony which was a shared one. How can you think of having a shared balcony after paying such a theft y amount. Please don't fall for the pics or the paid reviews. I booked for 3 nights, but vacated after staying just one night as there was no privacy in the property

We spent one day for a weekend and i must say that everything was excellent, the room was very pleasant, cozy, clean vth great location and food was good and hotel team has always been friendly, patient, and helpful that impressed me the most so overall we had a great experience vth this property thank you sir, i will recommend to my frds, family members

I have enjoyed every moment of my stay, the stay is cozy and very nice, service and owners is very nice, caretaker is very good and responsive. The show winner is view from you balcony ( we have booked) valley view room.

Villa is ok but it is in the dead end of the hill and we faced that it is not safe for come from the slope to the end

The property is awesome with a fantastic view of the kodaikanal hills. You will find peace at the property and will not feel to roam anywhere else. Special mention to bass who is the cook and caretaker, he makes delicious food and offers great service to the guests whenever needed. A must visit place.

Very good accommodation and nice food.

Nice cozy villa on the hill, away from the noise of the city. If you have your own car, it’s better, as taxis charge 800 to and fro. The view is probably one of best in kk. We booked 2 rooms to get the complete balcony to ourselves. The food was good, especially the fresh idle and chutney for breakfast was splendid. What could have been even better - bathroom and overall cleanliness, yet it was not too bad. The villa is perfect for a group of 5-6.

It was ecstatic experience staying over the weekend at this beautiful place which offers and amazing view of kodai valley. The host girija was warm welcoming and served us some great food. A must recommend place
