The overall experience was amazing. Hot water facility was available. High expectations on amenities can't be expected due to property age.

Average stay Pros: Location - very near to bus stand and croakers walk bryant park and boating lake. Hill view: Nice hill view from top of hotel. Hot Water: 24 hours hot water supplied i really appreciate for that. Very silent location. Tv working with some regional channels. Very calm and silent reception. Bathroom is good. Neat and clean. Cons: Room is very small. Room is too dark and walls are worn out. No proper lighting in the room, very dull and dim lighting. No fan and minimal space even to walk. We have to dry out cloths on the top of hotel where place is available. In house restaurant available but no one is there to cook. So we can take it as no restaurant. Bedsheets are old and they have not changed it for 4 days as they haven't asked us for change and even we have to request for dust bin change and cleaning. But provided dustbin when asked. Average wifi connectivity. No hangers to hang out cloths only cupboard provided to store which is somewhat smelly. I personally felt that it's overpriced to some extent for the room they provided. But it's ok with family to stay. Can consider to stay.

Location was a plus point as it was very near to kodaikanal lake, bryant park, etc. Kodai resort hotel is near by which provides gud food option with excellent valley view. However housekeeping staff service at richwin hotel needs a rearrangements. Thank you

Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Stay was comfortable. Service is slow due to lack of staff.

Very nice stay nearer to all tourist attractions. We faced problems only with hot water for which we need to ask several times. Rest everything is nice and very nice homely breakfast is also available.

It was a good and decent stay closer to the busstand in budget. There is no lift facility and rooms are a bit old stylish. Hot water facility was not that good.

We stayed here for two days. It's just 400m from main bus stand. Location is good. Close to coaker's walk and bryant park. For restaurants you have to walk 300-400m. But there are plenty of shops nearby selling snacks like maggi, bread omlette till 7 in the evening. The room was standard but clean. No issues with the service also.

Good service. Easyly connected to main places to visit. Homely treatment. Morning menu is extremely very taste food. Reasonable price overall service is very good.

Rich-win hotel is close to several tourist spots, and is close to the city centre where several cafes & restaurants can be found. The rooftop view is beautiful with the morning coffee, it would be better if they provided simple breakfast like bread omelette. But overall an amazing experience front desk is of great help running hot water in showers and sink. It is couple friendly as well.

Pleasent stay at kodaikanal town near bryant park. Very easy access to nearby tourist locations. Feel good ambience. Room service and behaviour of staff is very good. Food is not available but tea or coffee is available if you needed. Totally good. Rating is 4/5

There should always be hot water accessible. not assigned a hotel room on the top level. confined to the ground floor.
