Stay was good. Spacious rooms. Flush was the problem in one of the washrooms. Even after informing the issue was not resolved. Food was good but only a few items were available. Overall good stay but the response could have been better from the staff.

We done checked at 9.45 pm and requested hotel staff for dinner for my family but unfortunately nothing has been provided. However, limited options of breakfast was provided which is good in taste. But the late night staff us not polite and helpful. In case hotel cannot provide dinner, it has be clearly mentioned.

The rooms were spacious, but the overall hygiene was unacceptable. We found spiders and other insects in the room, and the washrooms had a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout our stay. Despite booking the King Suite with breakfast included, we were wrongly charged for breakfast on the first day — a clear lapse in service. The buffet breakfast was repetitive and lacked variety, with the exact same options every day. To make matters worse, one morning we found a grey hair strand in the food, which was both unhygienic and off-putting. Overall, this stay was far below expectations and absolutely not worth the price paid. Basic cleanliness and service standards were clearly not met.

It was a pleasant stay with a good ambience, clean premises and cordial staff. The breakfast also was quite good with ample options. Dinner was provided as per the menu and overall, it was a fine experience.

The stay was excellent, well maintained & around 2km from Kodaikanal lake. the road going to the resort was a little steep but the roads were laid fresh and well maintained. Booked King suite which has 2 bed rooms with king size cot & 2 attached toilets. Breakfast was also good with south indian food. We had dinner on both days in the resort and the taste was good but a little spicy. Toilets were clean as well. Only downside was the sheets & towels were not changed on day 2. Apart from that we had Bisons visiting the resorts during night but we were safe. I would recommend this resort for families with elders & kids.

The place was good and the staffs were very accommodative and welcoming. The food was good, we had a little issue with lights and some power outages were there but it was quickly rectified. So I would go back to this place if I visit Kodaikanal again.

Everything is good except the manager who was not cordial and cooperative. Dinner options are limited

Location was excellent and facilities were awesome to spend time with family and friends as well. Even though the reception is not like five star hotel, the cleanliness and atmosphere is more than a star hotel.

wonderful property. Rooms are spacious neat and clean. hot water is available for 24 hrs. Break fast food is very tasty. All care takers provide good service.

how to write! A team of 5 people ran the resort without glitches. better housekeeping, homely food, facilities, bonfire everything is good! Mr Bala was supportive and had a smiley face and kind , supportive person who roamed around whenever there was a need. the complimentary breakfast was excellent! dinner 🍽️ also tasteful. For a family stay this is the best resort

The location was ok and food was very good. We stayed in a family suite and had 2 spacious bedrooms..The only problem was there was no ramp or lift and we had to carry our luggage through stairs..Overall we are happy..!

Room was good but there is a serious misrepresentation on MMT that room is valley view. if you open the window the view is totally blocked and you cannot see anything other then shrubs and rocks at 1 feet distance from windows. breakfast has very very limited options. If you want to have dinner or you want tea or coffee you have to inform the hotel staff before 5 pm or else they will deny to give anything to you. Even a cup of tea is not available if you don't inform them beforehand. only thing which was ok was room size or else location is also not very recommedable. MMT should very properties before listing. This so called hotel should be categorised under homestay.

Everything was perfect, parking was a challenge. The staff was very nice, breakfast was very good and dinner was decent.

Our experience was bad in staying at this property. The hotel is recently renovated and room was clean. Since the hotel is located 2.5Km away from the city food is the major problem. You are left at the mercy of hotel kitchen for your meals. Breakfast had just two items(South Indian menu), then bread butter jam(rationed 1 piece/per) and omlette. Food quality and taste was average. Moreover, we all got gastrointestinal flu and we didn't eat outside food. No water kettle or hair dryer was provided. Most importantly you have to order food in advance dinner before 5pm and only three to four menu can be served. WiFi connection doesn't exist in the room. Hotel is charging 6500/- but what we get is nothing for this price. Overall our experience was bad in this property.
