The location of stay was good if one is planning for kolkumalai sunrise trip. The hotel itself was old with wooden doors really old. We opted for breakfast which was good

Perfect Location but the room was not spacious. The tap in bathroom was leaking water and room always had the smell of bathroom. Outside sitting porch is missing. Can be improved.

Best place for staycation❤️ we enjoyed a view and their services.. best for mountain view and food was also good

The property has a good ambience with view of Dam in front and woods around. The staffs were friendly and respectful. Satisfied with cleanliness of the property. Only difficulty faced was the road to the location.

The stay was beautiful. Location is near to kolukkumalai jeep safari starting point. The receptionist micheal was very welcoming and made our stay at regalia very comfortable. Even the food was good. We had a buffet breakfast in the morning. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Location and nature was good,Food not so good and not soo bad average we can adjust and facilities is ok and room cleaning is not done properly they will clean only once before check in .

I stayed at The Regalia Munnar with my family and it was a perfect choice for both families and couples. We checked in around 9:30 pm and received a warm welcome from the front office staff, especially Mr. Don Michael and another staff member whose name I missed. The dinner and breakfast served were very delicious, and the entire team took great care of us throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone for making our experience so comfortable and memorable.

Great location, decent rooms, helpful staff. The view of the reservoir from the property is outstanding. They have ample parking as well. Beautiful location with amazing monsoon winds and cool weather. The food was excellent, but the rooms were below average and need improvement. Great for nature lovers who value atmosphere over comfort.

The stay was overall good. Had well mannered staff to take care of our needs. The restaurant services were very good. The location is very much approachable and eash to reach. The room was spacious and equipped with good facilities, but the tv was not recharged.

Thanks for the opportunity to share feedback. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was **no electricity for a long duration**, and the **water heater wasn’t working** throughout my visit. This made it extremely difficult to stay comfortably, especially in the mornings. I hope these issues are addressed soon, as the location and property otherwise have potential. --- Would you like a version that’s slightly stronger or more formal, or do you want it to stay polite like this?

Rooms are clean and spacious. Well maintained garden and footpath. Located in very calm scenic environment. restaurant food is tasty thanks to the chef. All the staff are very polite and helpful.
