The receptionist spoke to me very badly from the moment I arrived. Because I said that I did not have my Aadhaar card or driving license. I showed him my Aadhaar from the Digi locker but he was not satisfied with it. Then he told me the room number and said that it was in there. He did not come with me or show me the room. Before I could go to the room, freshen up, and come out, there was a very loud knock on the door and I could hear the loud conversation. When I opened it halfway and explained the matter, he spoke to me very angrily in front of the other guests and said that the room had changed. He should have said it politely. Hearing this, the other guests told him not to fight and then he asked me to move to another room. That room was not clean. The sheet was full of dirt. It was torn and not enough. I called the reception and asked if they could change the sheet. First, he said he would come in 10 minutes. Then he came and said that there were no other sheets here and this is the cleanest one. Then he brought another piece of cloth, like a torn saree, and he said that if you want this had to spread it and sleep on it. It was smelling bad. I did not use it. It was a very bad experience staying there.

The place was good, rooms are neat and clean to stay and it's peaceful surroundings.. And the staffs are good to talk and friendly

They don't have restaurent. They don't give any food we buyed from outside. The property was good and neat, then very hard to reach hotel location, facility average don't have any problem ok ok

location is odd,quite high from bus stand,but hospitality and cleanliness is good. food is not available there,and no restaurant is available locally but only Swiggy or zomato is available

These hotel is very far from away from Munnar city center approximately 3 to 4 kilometres

One of the worst stays ive had, it says that it is 3 star but the room and hotel doesnt seem it has any star rating, we were a group of 3 and inspite of taking price for 3 people they didnt even give us extra bed for the third person and the room wasn’t clean with the bed sheet and blankets having stains and not cleaned and the room wasn’t clean so congested even for 1 person. The location is not really tourist friendly and clean , the only thing positive was i got car parking and there was a provision for hot water throughout the day
