I was not availed the room. 1. While booking the room it's shown in the app that the location is in central munnar but actually the property located at mankulam which is almost 50 km away. 2. The hotel and makemytrip actually looted my money. 3. While contacted the hotel to confirm the location on the given mobile number the person have been mis behaved to me. 4. Due to this unprofessional and unethical acts by both the teams i have cancel-led the trip in the late evening. I didn't get any further room at munnar. I occurred huge loss financially and orhers. As i didn't occupied the room 1. I want the full refund to the same account which i spend for it 2. Request you to take necessary action to degrade and remove the property from your app 3. Correct the location information in the app 4. Get and issue a explanation letter from the hotel management for the misbehave 5. Else i will be forced to move legally to make my trip and the property. When i can get a response from your team.

The resort is located in a place it is surrounded by hills. It is a very beautiful place to stay. The rooms, dining, sit out and bathroom in the villas are very neat, clean and new. The furnitures and comforts provided are rich and excellent. More than all the people serves us there are respectful and friendly.
The resort is being run by well trained educated professionals. The md of the resort stays there and makes sure things are perfect. He personally treats the guests very well and ensures the delightful experience for the guests.

This was one of my worst stay ever. The hotel was new and clean but there were no facilities in there. The facilities which we have seen in the website were totally wrong, there was nothing present. There was no intercom, no wifi facility, no laundry service, kitchen was there but that was for no use. Hair dryer was there but we can't use it, because the whole hotel was running by solar energy. Kitchen was there but it was also no use, and we ordered food from them which served late. They don't provide any kind of veg menu. It was not Worth for money stay. Safety wise it was okay but they don't have cctv access and lights were very poor. So, in one word the stay was terrible.

Location was excellent, stay was average. Staff behavior was good.

The property was very nice, but I am very much disappointed with the amenities and facilities they were providing. In the site, there were mentioned that there will be WiFi and intercom which not there. They said that if we wish we can make food for ourselves but in reality, they did not allow us to use the kitchen. Hot water was not available in the washroom, if we ask for it then we got it after 2 hours. The number which they gave for connecting it does not get connected maximum time. The management was too weak. There is very little variety in vegetarian food. The owner and the staff were polite to us. It was not a value for money stay.

It was a safe stay over there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The problem which I have faced in the hotel is with the staff. They were not well behaved and their communication was also very bad. The room service which they provide was very slow. They said they will provide kitchenette but they don't have it. The fridge and the microwave were not working in the room. They did not allow us to use the induction in the room.

It was a short lovely stay with lots of outdoor activities. Tried some fresh chocos. Hospitable staff and friendly environment. You feel like home. Tasty local cuisines!
