Poor maintainance, cooperative saff average cleaning very old towels and blanket not good restaurant near by access road is dirty one no water kettle

Stay is good with spacious car parking area. Only the path way is not good from main road to hotel. Also, the good restaurant is far away from the hotel.

Good and economical stay. Manager is very generous. Also helped in preparing itinerary of vacation and provided with car and jeeb for vacation

The hotel is very clean and good, even the employees have a really good attitude, i'm really happy with this hotel, thanks vishnu for arranging everything for us.

This hotel could be the one of the budget hotels in munnar if they can improve the interior and room quality.

The images shown is slightly differ from the reality. At the time of our visit the hotel has no working restaurant and rooms initially shown were drastically worse and disgusting so the manager gave us a deluxe room instead of the standard. The hospitality of staffs were really good and helpful. Overall average stay

I did not expect much out of this hotel anyway. No disappointments for the price. Hotel staff were very helpful. Take the colony road to reach as the other one shown by google is not in good shape. Colony road has some restaurants to eat. Otherwise we need to end up at city center and there is no parking space in city center.

The room was very unclean and not up to my expectations, according to the photos they have provided The bedsheet was not cleaned, bathroom was damaged. According to the amount i paid this is not what i was expecting. Please review my photos. And give me half price of my stay

The manager was kind enough to upgrade my room for free to a balcony view. The staff was really cooperative.

Provide drinking water, shampoo and body wash.

Location was good. It was so close to the town. Bedsheets and all were not very clean and there was no bath towel. But overall, for a lower price the room was ok.

The rooms lack amenities. Water supply irregular, staff are not alert, tv is not working, for common requirement i had to visit the reception.

They got 250 per thali from me and gave me only dal and roti only no other sabji! Don’t go there ever.
