Not a upto mark compared to price stay is very poor, location is near by city and various resto are available very near.

The room was not having proper curtains and I think they provide the worst room to make my trip customers

Property location is very convenient and approachable. Amenities are also good. Food and restaurant facilities are not good. Behaviour of staff is very hospitable and good.

Charged extra for dry cleaning of bed sheet and blanket, not provided sufficient water bottles in room, very very bad room service and hospitality

Not worth the price

We booked suite room and below are our valuable experiences in this hotel for 6k/day. 1. No water bottle / drinking water 2. Tv was not working 3. Toilet was leaking 4. No room services rather no phone to call for any service

Only one benefit is that hotel is located in the center of munnar town. 1 ) no parking facility. 2) poor room service. There wasn't an intercom phone in the room 3) when i check in the linens where very dirty, lots of stains the pillow cover and sheets 4) there is no restaurant in the hotel. You have to collect coupon from the reception and visit the hotel near by for breakfast 5) foul smell from the toilets this was my first experience while booking through mmt.

There is no facilities which were mentioned in the booking. They did not provide breakfast as mentioned in booking. I am thinking that i will file complaint in consumer court. Your service is also not good. You should ensure from hotel before booking that they have facilities or not. What happened sir. You did not reply my message

Staff behavior was not good. No polite manner. Not suggestible for regular guests. Very limited breakfast menu, they were not reply also. So we are decided not to stay for next time

We had a very comfortable stay at red sparrow hotel. We arrived late evening and the location is very prime and very good for families. Cozy good room and the service was also very good. The channel music in the lobby is very soothing like a luxury 5-star hotel. The hotel manager assisted us in arranging a cab service at a very reasonable cost for munnar sightseeing. Overall i would love to come back and highly recommend this place for families who want a safe and comfortable stay in munnar. I also came to know that they arrange for a full package including pick up and from airport and so next time i plan to take your service also. Thank you, sanju and the entire team at red sparrow

Bed smell in room, room service not properly. Every time had to talk like bring towel, small towel and not putting tissue paper in wash room. Parking facilities not available.

The hotel was not according to standards of a 3 star hotel. No phone connection for room service. Hot water is not 24 hours. No laundry service.

The hotel was nothing like mentioned on the app. Their were hardly any amenities that were mentioned like iron, refrigerator, mini bar etc. The room was not clean and the water was also not available 24*7. Even the telephone did not work. We got a connecting room and thus there was a lot of noise from the adjacent room. Terrible stay and a full waste of money.

Booked this hotel for more than 3k but the room was not even worth 1k. Only in one towel, no hot water, no toiletries, no complimentary water bottles. Just a bed and mattress with dirty covers etc, restaurant is a separate one but located at ug level of this hotel. You need to get a coupon and you can get 1 item per person for breakfast. Never been to a hotel like this. Very worst

Good room with poor lighting. Room service not there. Separate restaurant at basement of same hotel though. No fan in all the rooms. Suffocating during hot times. Poor management. Nobody in the reception, phone not working in room. Need to go directly at reception for any requirement and wait until someone comes. It was a good hotel with good services before. Now not upgraded facilities, poor maintenance and poor management. Over priced, not worth the money.

Is this really a hotel or resort ? there is nothing other than a door and a key. Roadside lodges are lots better than what makemytrip sold as a star hotel. Never heard my concern nor trying to resolve. Can someone stay in a hotel where you have no thing and still makemytrip told for 4 grand per night. Hotel manager surprised that is 150 percent more than their rate. So makemytrip made my trip terrible
