It was a bad experience the hotel staff was so rude and which staff is there only one person is there doing all the things tv isn't working no cooperation we booked deluxe room, they gave standard, and when we ask to upgrade they charges 3500 extra

Good view outside the window. A decent stay. Food was good. Hotel staff's behaviour was good. Clean washroom. .

The hotel is not date good and clean as showed in google and rooms are quite short. Moreover, u can order dinner before 9p. M and if not then it's closed.

We have spent 3 nights at this resort last week. Pros: 1) first and foremost the view from the balcony is outstanding. You can see an entire tea plantation and a mountain in the center. Feels you walk into the center of serenity right from your balcony. 2) the staff is professional and courteous. They are ready to answer your any query at any hour. 3) room is well maintained and the ambience is good. Cons: 1) food taste is average. The items could be little less spice y and the price could have been less expensive a bit. 2) hotel located in pothamedu, little far from the munnar town. 3) as it is far and isolated the mobile networks have no signal at all at the resort( wi-fi is available though) cons 2 and 3 are compensated by the outstanding balcony view.

The stay was nice. The best part was the view, they even arranged a bonfire for us on one of the evenings. The staff was well behaved and well spoken as well.

We had booked 3 suite rooms for 6 adults and 1 child, including 3 senior citizens. When we went there, we were shocked to hear that only 2 rooms were booked in our names, whereas we had paid for 3. Due to network issues, we were able to call mm t customer care with a lot of difficulty. Finally we spoke to them, who after a lot of discussions, told us that we have to adjust in 2 rooms and refund of 1 room will be done. The whole purpose of going on a vacation is to relax and rewind. When you are forced to stay crowded at that time, it is very disappointing and irritating. We heard the same thjnfhappen that night with another family too, who didn't take this same news quite pleasantly and quietly as we did. Since it is peak season, there were literally no rooms around munnar. Bathrooms not clean, rooms in a urgent need to be broom-ed and cleaned, coffee table in the room totally forgotten, no coffee tea powders or toiletries, the list is pathetically endless. A very good property with wonderful views and quiet, but all put to shame due its improper maintenance, poor managing skills and thorough neglect. Disappointed.

The service of the hotel was pathetic, there was no breakfast, room had broken toilet with water spillage, and staff were rude and the hotel fet unsafe to stay with wife. Have raised for a refund request for this stay. Please process that quickly. Please initiate a refund for this stay asap

we have booked a double deluxe room. it seems very small with a queen size bed.wifi was offered with no internet. there was no phone service. breakfast served seems tasteless and unhygienic. really different from the picture shown .total experience was really disappointing. selection for food was less.vegetarian food was over while we go for dinner.. and break fast was horrible. room was really small.. thats it nothing else to say

The valley view from room no. 304 is awesome. Food need to upgrade.

They do not provide toiletries even asking after multiple times and we also need to order dinner by 7 pm max

Facility is good. Staff were helpful. Nice view from rooms. Only problem is guests visiting by tempo could avoid this, as approach road is not good.

It was clean, good service by staff and beautiful view from the room.

When we got there with the car, there was a parking lot, and then a traveler came and told us to change the car, so he said there was no problem, and then he said there was a parking lot downstairs and he said we would park the car there, and when we went to the parking lot it was barely looking for a car because it was a sedan. The foot slipped, then somehow parked, went to the room, no problem, then went to munnar town with the car to eat, and when we came back we were told the car could not be put down, so they said they would put it on that side, they had some trouble with the narrowness of the road, and when the parking was over we the car that came later was parked there, got angry, went to the room after enduring everything, the room was fine, had good view, there was no electricity at night, the electricity came on around 8am. Generally speaking staff behavior is average, room is good, view is good, tea garden is around the building, rating 2. 5 / 5

Backside of the rooms are good you can see tea plantations, but front view is like a colony. Bathroom was not cleaned at all. It was slippery, cleaning staff was not at all good. Hotel manger alex is a nice guy n one more guy in the dining area. It was good

We got very average service, tv was not working, very casual service. Not at all up to the mark

Good place but expensive as per the services offered. When i visited it was after lockdown so might be that's why restaurant was not fictional. The reception guy was very nice and supportive
