First thing first, Santosh the caretaker of the stay is a very kind person and he is extremely helpful. Thank you for that. For the travellers booking this stay: I stayed at the permanent tents setup among the jungle. If you are in for camping, adventurous places or an escape from the city, surely go for it but be careful of snails and leeches. Amenities are good, hot water, towels, toiletries and all. However, the biggest con would be the tents are dirty and not well maintained. Next time I wouldn’t pay more for the tents. Location is okay-ish and there is just one single place for food nearby. Overall rating: 3.5/10

excellent stay with river side view is amazing and excellent service

Last week went to munnar for a family vaccation and we choose Lexury Tent River Rock for our staycation..very bad experience ever we had we went to many hotels and resort in munnar many times but this was hustling disgusting very badly maintained ,especially not even have a clean bathroom as well digusting smell on room and also lots of flies on room. Not recommended 👍🏻not safe for family

The property lacks maintenance. It's unclean and maintained by unprofessional caretaker. Certain things are overpriced like bonfire 1k for few waste material and 2/3 logs and little diesel. No food option tea coffee available. Location not suitable for elderly or people with bad knees. 2 bed tent had only one nathroom. Tents are unclean.

The stay was really peaceful and was a beautiful experience. The caretaker santhosh ettan was a joy to meet. Nice service. I met with a problem with my vehicle and he immidietly arrived with a mechanic at the spot.

The view from the tent stay is superb and the caretaker had shown a best seating spot for us which is in the stay itself which was awesome

It's average room and there are saying lots of rules like a don't eat inside cottage etc. Lots of insects are surrounding us it's very frustrated

Clean & spacious room. Great ambience. Silent location. We really enjoyed the stay.
