Review Of Ayur Green Resort and Spa

They charged 5k per night, but the room is like oyo room and no one should pay more than 2k for this room, it looks very pretty from outside but inside the room is very dirty, it has water coming inside the room , our room became swimming pool at night, they showed us another room it was literally having lizards in the room it was terrible we regret to pay 17k for 4 for 2 nigjts, and manager was denied for everything for refund for complaints also he was denying and saying u r lieing, pls dont book stay here there are many pretty and cheap stay near by, and this property is tooo far dont at all book here

The location is ok, but cleanness is not that much good its not meet the expectations, and food also average in quality and high in price...

we went as a family for a disastrous stay.. no proper communication before room allocation. they jus decided by themselves and made us stay which was not good at all... not everyone would accept this kind of stay

We stayed for two days at the Munnar AyurGreen Resort. I felt calm and surrounded by the natural beauty of our Kerala hill station. The food was especially awesome. The swimming pool, garden, games, and other activities were enjoyable. The staff were very hospitable and professional. We enjoyed nature very much; we spent most of our time at the resort. The mountain view was also good.

location was nice vibe and ambience. very good and neat food, room was not wurth for this price, very good service, Expecialy the reception boy prithvilal.

1. First of all i raised a complaint to your team no reply to that even after 36 hrs. 2. I booked room with big bed but room having small one and paid extra 900 for bed 3. No ac in room 4. There is no road to reach this hotel

Worst experience food is not good.

Food was not good, rooms were okay, house service is good.

Located at a nice place with great view, but had to ask the staff for every small thing like tooth paste and toilet accessories. All of that should be present without even asking. Overall service was good, food was great. Once asked all services were provided.

Room is always average then food also good otherwise everyone there was treated with great respect and a warm welcome

Room is smelling, we informed reception they spray room freshener but still not good food is not good, serve cold food in the breakfast and restaurant attendant behavior is not good. Front office and housekeeping staff are very polite

Ambience vise good. While booking this resort through make my trip our expectation was we will get the kind of cottages shown in resort photos. But we didn't get such kind of cottages as we got a common room only. This was little disappointed. And staff were cooperative. Food is little bit expensive.

Attitude of reception is very bad

Hotel located 18km away from the city. It costs 600 rupees by auto to reach the hotel. Food items need to be improved. No outside hotels are available nearby. Except for the food and distance it was a nice experience to stay there very calmly.

Rude response from the room boy and plla working there. They dont respect other state ppl. Only kerala ppl are treated good. Resort s good. Peaceful place. But mamagement is not nice.

ayurgreen resort and spa has some good view from the balcony and food was good, but the problem is room was not good and especially the room doors.

Need more improvent in house keeping, hygienic standards.
