It was a pleasant stay,the rooms were clean and the caretaker was very good

Very nice and clean environment and a old guy was there for ur guidance he was such a nice guy only problem is the road it was narrow and looks like a ramp but it was a kinda adventure 🙂 best parking for car worth it for money Overall wonderful experience and an old guy was there for guidance he was such a cool guy and best parking for car only problem is road it's kinda looks like ramp smaller and beginners are struggling in that road but It was also a kinda adventure overall good

Our stay as a family of 6 members and kids were comfortable. Rooms were neat and tidy. The location was good, accurate as in the maps. Caretaker helped us in giving required utensils for cooking. The owner called us twice to confirm our arrival times as we arrived by 6pm due to traffic, also called every morning to confirm breakfast order/available items. Hot water geyser is equipped in both the bathrooms. Tv channels were available, extra bed was provided. The caretaker was understanding and courteous. Overall a pleasant experience. Thankyou Team.

The stay which we booked next mountain is very far from munnar and it is not inside one or it is like 13 to 15 km survey from one hour and its an very hilarious which we didn't want it's not inside any city or any road where it go very deep inside the cave kind of the road was very narrow and not good also the caretaker was not there with us which did not help and of course the power was not there out of two days and we don't know how to cancel the booking and it was not good at all for the stay

Good maintenance. View is nice. Rooms are clean. Kitchen utensils can be replaced and can provide more utensils. Overall it's a nice stay.
