The hotel rooms were clean and the people were so kind in guiding and offering support. My suggestion would be to improve on the various types of food to be provided in the hotel and the road to the hotel can be improved for customers to reach peacefully.

The Fan was making horrible sound. After complaining nobody was attend. Thre was leakage from Healthforset at Bath Room. From 05.05.2025 to 07.05.2025 @9.00am nobody came for Housekeeping services. We requested one fan at dormitory for our driver it was refused by receptionist. Dormitory was also not cleaned..

average stay, don't expect extremely high standards no liftsno proper road
the toilet was below average in hygiene as the walls were not cleaned for weeks or months. the way to property is bad and the service received for property at such a location was not that great. because had to pay around 4000+ for a night. No lifts in the property. the staff is friendly though.

Terrible Stay
It’s horrible. It was not a resort. In a shed they have restaurant with poor arrangement. If you will see their kitchen, you won’t even have the food. They spoiled my mood on my trip to Kerala no proper buffet. If one wants to paint their trip, they should book this property.

Very Good in the price point
Hotel Rooms exactly like photo. Very clean and neat rooms. Location is a bit away from main town. Food quality very good.

Service is pathetic first of all.. for paying so much money we can have afforded far better hotel than this .. WiFi is poor.. rooms are average .. and breakfast was less than average.. I won’t recommend anyone for this hotel
