Poor Service and Essential Amenities Not Working My stay at Dhanya residency was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. The most critical issue was that the water heater and Air Conditioner was not working during my stay. Despite informing the staff, this issue was never resolved, leading to a very uncomfortable night. More generally, the level of service and support was extremely poor. I often felt like there was no one available to attend to guests or address basic requests. The staff I did interact with offered no good support or satisfactory solutions to the problems I raised. Overall, the lack of functioning essential amenities combined with the unresponsive and unhelpful staff made for a very frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this accommodation.

It looks same as the picture. We booked ac room, room was okay. Hot water doesn't come all the time. Room service was also not done.

Stay and room are good. Only i face a problm is there is a bar in the building. And we can only enter in to the residency through bar entrance. That is not feeling safe for family at night time.

Pros: room was good, reasonable price and parking facilities. The reception staff were very helpful. Cons: washroom was not clean before we arrived, location is too far from actual munnar, restaurant did not have any variety

Totally disappointed with the stay, rooms are too small and no ventilation. No hot water, & restaurant area is stinking and in very bad condition

I stayed one night from 9:00pm to morning 9:00am, overall experience was good. There is a bar service in the same building and i give room service 3. 5star rating.

It was a decent stay. Food was average. Good parking space. A little far from munnar. Support staff bib-in was very good and had given excellent service.

The room is not much worthy for the rates

Hot-water heater not worked. Supplied water in bucket. Toilet was slippery. Stains found on bed spread. Bunch of women hair witnessed at bathroom. The glass kept for drinking water had a foul smell and women hair seen inside. The room is big and good.

Stay is comfortable. Receptionist mr. Bib-in is very helpful. Room tariff is little bit higher.

Room was very clean & spacious. Staff was also very helpful.

The rooms, bedsheets, interiors were very clean. The infrastructure and interiors are well maintained as if newly built. The location is right on the adimali market area. Special mention to mr prashanth and ajith for their hospitality. Even vi-bin the room attender for attending to our needs for over two days. Food options limited and they can expand their menu.
