Tulsi Village Retreat | Treehouse & Cabin Stays

It was very peaciand amazing stay at tulsi village retreat. Views from the room were amazing . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was also hood. All in all very good experience

I had a very disappointing experience at this resort. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the linens looked old and stained.but the ambience was good

The rooms were clean and looked exactly like in the photos. The property itself is ambient and well maintained. I had a pleasant stay. However, the food options for breakfast were limited considering the premium price charged for it. Suggest to improve breakfast service as guests have no other nearby restaurant options.

We had a pleasant time during the stay, the staff was extremely helpful especially the manager Mr Jerry. The location and the view from the room is mind-blowing. I would suggest this stay for someone who wants to escape from their day to day busy schedule and get connected with nature. The way to stay is a little difficult for new drivers. But driving this difficult road is worth the stay and the experience

Booked a cabin for the stay....the mattress was very hard and there were so many insects coming inside my room...Also the rooms were not as clean as expected and the floor mat was dirty and was coming out...But the treehouse was a nice one...If u can compromise on these things then it's a good stay for the view and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also very tasty..

We are a very satisfied with the Tulsi retreat and enjoying the retreat, spacious room and decorations. We are very happy to stay there.

Property location is not too good, not much views for the place, facilities are very limited, food is too pricy and rules are too much to accept

Actually we didn't stay there, as soon as we reached there we left from there. Because the rooms facilities shown in pictures was different from real. They should have mentioned the room facility & pictures accurately, as tiny cottage. The room was like a security room. That too was not cleaned properly. It was a terrible situation. After leaving from there we booked another room i But unfortunately we face another terrible situation. It was a total loss of money. All together it was a terrible situation.

Room conditions was poor , there was insects in the room , lights were dim, water was not clean. The real room was not matching

Away from the noise and chaos, a tranquil experience in a quiet cottage.

We arrived late around 8.30 in evening... Staff helped to do checkinn from room only... Room was nice but small.. Mattress was hard I had backache in morning because of that... Breakfast was the worst... Hard idli burned dosa...and a watery chutney with tasteless sambar.... When tried to take coffee there was no milk then they brought it on request... Property is nice but not much spacious and nothing to do there...no space to even walk around... Bathroom was a open bathroom... Been in open bathroom before also but never found so much of snail..frog and one giant centipedes. 😨😨😨 Because of which we were so terrified while in bathroom...

Tulasi village retreat was a great stay. Here are some good things and suggestions one can keep in mind while booking this stay- Good things - 1. It's a place which is quite far away from the Munnar which makes this place a very less crowded and quite. If you love peace you can definitely book this place. 2. If you book their premium cottage or something more expensive than ordinary rooms , it's a jackpot. Every penny is worth spending on it as the place provides a great view of the lake , mountains , and forest. 3. Hospitality was good. . . Some Suggestions/ not so good things - 1. These rooms are not Ac. please check while booking. 2. They must provide the mosquito net to the windows and opening of the cottage as there are many insects may come during night if you want to keep open the window. . . But my overall experience was good with this stay and one can consider staying here.

The room is not Hygienic. The cleaning was not weekly also and room Ambeiance also below average

we stayed in a tree house cabin. The room was very dirty and insects all over the place. Restroom was okay first day we didn't get hot water itself.a food is manageable. Totally it was a good budget friendly option.

Service and food are all good. But parking is not good. Ambience is cool. It would be good if bed cover and blanket are changed every day.
