Location was good, Maintenance and service was poor. No restaurant available in the location. They will serve outside food and it will be really bad.

It was a very serene location with lot of jungle around. You need to be physically fit to reach your rooms as they are on elevated places. Overall a great stay

I found this property on MakeMyTrip. My overall experience was very good, but some flaws prevented me from giving a five-star rating. On our first day, there was a power outage in our rented space (A-flame). Even though it was the most expensive rental, it lacked a power backup. Because of this first day power outage, they arranged an alternative room (low-budget room when compared to A frame), which was disappointing. The second day at noon, we shifted back to A-flame, and the power went out again for 15 minutes that night, leaving us in complete darkness with only our phone flashlights. They did not have any alternative emergency lights and asked us to adjust for that 15 mints again. After these two issues, everything was smooth. The property service staff (2 boys) were nice and very supportive. However, the manager asked us to adjust regarding the power issue. People who prefer a cold space might like this because not all windows are tightly closed🤪, allowing airflow that made it too cold at night. This also allowed insects to enter, which was problematic. Despite these issues, the property was good overall. The pool was nice. The road to the property was a little difficult but may be improved since our trip. Because some construction work was happening on the road.

Room service also very bad..even not provided water ...each facility,we have to inform them,otherwise it provide Breakfast,we have to go 3 km outside Totally 2 out of 10

Well maintained, friendly and unique place to stay for couples. Full of greenery around the place and so pleasant.

The hotel was so good. It's like leaving in the middle of the jungle. The staff were so polite to us and also wanted to talk about the service it was simply so awesome and the management especially ryan was so friendly and we get a perfect privacy here and the rate was so affordable it's perfect as we stay 12 km away from munnar town that makes it more peaceful. Thanks for all the amenities provided. And about the food they provided was so nice. The washroom was also so neat.

Wild stories name suits this resort..Situated at a perfect location..Very calm and serene..Ryan and Alex are the guys who are very humble and take care of you and the resort..The in-house restaurant is not there but these two lovely guys will take care of that..The rooms are super clean and the ambience is too good.. The resort is very close to the other amenities..Loved this If you are looking for a budget friendly resort and ready to ignore some if and buts then this is a perfect resort for you🙏

It was a good stay with wild poetry resort in munnar.. it’s located in like wild area. And feel like jungle resort.. breakfast also too tasty and nadan style…it’s highly recommended for middle class family and couples who are looking for budget resort in munnar are

There is no hot water in washroom, no ac, frequently power goes off, price of food is too high and no taste at all. Only thing we liked is pool and breakfast. Overall rating i would give is 2

It was a very good experience, the staff was very helpful and the pool was clean and the rooms were also very clean.

Cleaning poor condition. Staff doesn't have hospitality training. Bathroom no dust bin. Room there is no mirror. Intercom not working. Breakfast horrible. Dinner terrible.

It was an amazing experience. The staff was really good. It is the beautiful property 😍😍😍
