The property is well located for business travelers. Room is not ventilated at all. Room service and food is budget friendly. Breakfast is typical to Kerala can't complain. Overall neat and staff is courteous

The Hotel was neat and we received a warm welcome. they were polite and got all the amenities as assured. there some delay with the room service and parking seems to be a small issue Even though we booked a room for 3, we got a double room with Split beds which was not as expected. but for an Extra 200rs we got a bed and thats okay

It was a pleasing experience with neat and clean rooms and the location is on point. However the TV was not working, which let us down to an extent.

all good, but this hotel is far from munnar and I don't notice this and loss my time by going and coming back to adimali.

we booked 4 Room for 2days. Good Things 😁 1. Rooms &Toilets are Neat & Clean 2. Prime Hotel Location 3. 24×7 Open for Chekin 4. Car parking Available 5.Staffs are very helpful. Things to be improved 🤔 1. Hotel should provide welcome kit Like (Brush, Tea Kit ) 2. They used same bed sheets next day. Need to change on daily basis as we paid for two days
