Good Stay
Staves are good but there is less number of staff to cater the services. No proper cooks to cook different menus. Food is ok. Rooms are clean and tidy.

The location of the hotel is on the side of kochi -munnar main road and quite easy to find. But the problem is the way to hotel from main road. The entrance was muddy and messy. The elevation of the road is more than 45° and is about 50m long curved narrow road with no side walls makes us feel unsafe. Due to mud on the wheels on my SUV from the entrance, elevation and curvature of the narrow road make almost impossible to ride up . So we have to park our vehicle on the main road side and take all luggages all the way up . So for a senior citizen/or a person with infants is difficult to go to the hotel .Apart from this problem all felt so comfortable . Room service was good, polite and helpful. As I haven't ordered any food from the hotel I am totally unaware of it.

familySo the property doesn’t have even a board of its name, its located right off the main road to munnar but the way to hotel’s entrance is conspicuous where a sedan can’t even reach! They have a jeep that you have to call for that takes you to the hotel, so better not carry your own vehicle. Hotel has minimum facilities with breakfast lunch and dinner on order and prior reservation 2-3 hours before even for a simple meal! Rooms are small with only 3 staff for the entire hotel, absolutely expensive for what the hotel is! But the one housekeeping staff they had, he was hardworking! Overall we were disappointed with the stay

While the approach road is approximately 50 meters with a 45-degree incline, guests with basic experience in hilly terrain driving can easily bring their vehicles to our designated parking area, which is conveniently situated near the reception. For guests who prefer assistance, we offer experienced drivers to help maneuver vehicles, and we also have a dedicated jeep service to shuttle guests from the main road to the reception during check-in and check-out. Additionally, autorickshaws frequently access our parking area, even transporting goods like vegetables, which highlights that the road is navigable. We encourage guests to check the photos uploaded on MakeMyTrip, where you can see multiple vehicles, including cars, parked comfortably in our parking space. This reflects that accessibility is not an issue for those familiar with hilly terrain driving. As a boutique resort with only 9 rooms, we focus on delivering a personalized experience. Our team of 9 staff members, spread across housekeeping, front office, reservations, and F&B services, work in different shifts to ensure smooth operations, though not all are visible to guests at all times. Regarding dining, we operate a multi-cuisine à la carte restaurant and maintain a freshly prepared meal policy. While we recommend pre-ordering to minimize wait times, our team is equipped to serve meals within 30 minutes, similar to standard hotel service. As a small property, buffet service is not feasible, but we ensure quality and freshness in every dish. Terrible Stay
I couldnt stay there. Vehicles ll not reach there. Its a steep narrow road. Actually its not road. Then how can i stay there by parking my vehicle at road side. Vary bad place to stay. I asked for refund

familyfamily stay for 2 nights. small property and has got only 9 rooms. location on a small hill. The view is very good from the room. The food is also good. expensive but worth it. The staff is good and makes you comfortable
