Good Stay
the food and amenities are good. the property is located a bit downhill.. making the 500-700.mts drive seem a bit challenge.. no.. proper sign board at the main road so not so easy to spot.

Average Stay
Positives - Location is good. Great Ambiance. Negatives - Poor maintenance of the property. Camp fire organised by the staff was good. Swimming pool is good but now will maintained. Poor Service by the staff. No amenities provided as offered while booking. Not even a phone in the room to call house keeping.

Terrible Stay
Room Just like a second grade lodge, free breakfast was showing while booking, at the property they are saying not included breakfast, while they are giving free breakfasts for the same price if you book directly, dirty toilets, leaking wash basin, closet seat cover broken, in the swimming pool area there was used pampers with stool. No house keeping, after repeated requests only given toiletries like soap, and summary a third class resort.

Like the stay .Two Adults and With two children the place is very good. Only issue is the road towards the resort.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE
The stay was average at best and high priced. Room was not properly cleaned as we could see stains on the bedsheets. They provide dental kits only on demand and no kettle was provided. Not to say that the drinking water had an unpleasant taste as well. To top it off, the fan in our room was making a lot if noise and gave us the impression it might fall off as it was loose and wobbly when we turn it on. The food they provided was also just average. This would have been an ok ok stay had they charged less. But they charge more and its not at all worth it. NB : The road to this stay is a steep downhill road and it would be better if you find a place to park your car at the top and call them to pick u up in a jeep.

I have visited this place on 28-Nov-2024 Good things: 1. Located in lush greenery you can walk a little to see spice plantations 2. Room is fine 3. Breakfast is good Bad: 1. Reaching here in own vehicle is highly impossible. if you are traveling by your car can expect some damages 2. little expensive if you book directly 3. out of reach to any shops etc so you will be secluded 4. bathroom has forest flies 5. walls are little dusty

Terrible Stay
It's one of the worst hotel i have stayed in. I will not call it a resort. 1. Approach road from main road to hotel is very very steap. It's very difficult and dangerous even for a experienced driver. 2. Rooms are terrible. Bedsheets and pillow and cover were used and stink. Pillow were having fungus all over and when i complaint they said its normal. 3. Bad location and no view. 4. Food was horrible. 5. Cheap crowd. Not good for family.

Good for the price we payed.
Food is good. Amenities and service is ok. Was hard to find and go to the location. Room is good for the price, but don't know why there was power outage for like a three four times thought it was only for like 2-3 minutes.

Good Stay
family with 2 kidsStay was good. Service people was very polite and well behaved. laundry was not upto...the blanket had dust and we can feel it. As they said its a munnars budget pool resort, but pls don't take pool of spice jungle if it's in cold climate, because we can't use it because of too much cold water in the pool. And the half kilometre of road to this resort is like off road which is difficult for the new drivers.

Average Stay
1... breakfast was very average , no toaster available, no arrangement to keep the food warm , cold poori chhola aloo vada sambhar everything in breakfast , restaurant's table cloths were dirty not washed... rooms n furniture are not properly painted & resort's jeep was charging rs 4500.00 for one side trip while the same i did in rs 1800.00 by an auto while the cab outside offered rs 2800.00... rest of the arrangements were okk 👍 staff behavior was very good 👍

Pleasant and comfortable stay near the main town
Overall stay was nice. Very friendly staff and team. Rooms needs an upgrade. Food was awesome (prepared fresh based on our requirement) and pool was clean. Its good place for all kinds of crowd (Family, Friends, Kids, Couples)
