Review Of Tea Harvester

I booked this hotel for 3 days , but several amenities that were listed like the fridge and telephone were missing. when I requested these from the hotel manager , I was informed they could not be provided. I subsequently raised a complaint through MMT , as I had specifically chosen and paid for this hotel based on the advertised amenities. After learning about the complaint , the hotel asked me to vacate the premises immediately and only offered me a 50% refund. The manager's behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout. we vacated the hotel within firta days only as it was not safe at all. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. for the same price range there are far better options in Munnar.

Property location is fabulous ,Food was amazing,Amenities are very good & Services was very good,Specially restaurant incharge done very impressive.

This hotel claims to be in between tea garden and view of garden but there are two types of room 1 tea view 2 garden view but you only get tea garden view in tea view room so be aware before booking room if you want tea garden view and the restaurant staff told us strictly to have breakfast between 8 to 9 am like after that we can't have breakfast we also complains regarding the room so manager gave us the room with tea garden view hotel location is excellent but staff behaviour is really bad

It was the most disappointing stay in this resort. The staff is rude the food is bland and the price is exorbitant. The staff is impolite and doesn't respond to your queries. Whenever asked for any help, they give you attitude as if they are doing a favor to you. To top it all there is some construction noise going around all the time. There's some continuous drilling going on outside the rooms which makes it impossible to stay in the hotel.

Nice place to stay, food was good. Slightly over rated than required as there is no gym, swimming pool or area to walk or trek, you can trek in tata tea plantation which has nothing to do with there stay, road is narrow and should be ready to reverse a long way if required. Pay a little more you can stay in places with gym, kids play area and swimming pool.

Tea harvester is an amazing place for a short stay. Properly located at an awesome location inside a tat-as tea plantation. Nit & clean room. Toilet. Food is great. Chicken preparation is especially good. Finally the staff is very helpful from all aspects. It's a memorable trip at munnar at tea harvester property.

Right in the middle of beautiful tea gardens. Room is nice enough. Restaurant is good. Service is quite average though.

It is such an exotic location. The tea plantation and the hill view both. An be viewed from ones room. The staff is also very good. The washroom is exemplary. At-he food is also very good.

The property is very good. Limited options in breakfast but very good. The hotel staff is very well behaved. Mainly location is osam. Inside the tea garden. Only entrence road is very narrow. Otherwise everything is good

Location is fab. Rooms are cute. Food is good enough. Staff really needs training and/or motivation to provide better service.

Hotel is normal with unprofessional. Not well organized. Dont expect any star facilities. Only receptionist is handled everything. Preference given for direct booking. Only for direct booking they have allotted 2nd and 3rd floor rooms with good views. Since i have booked they have allotted me 1 st floor which was not impressive as i had hoped in the view of photos they have posted. Rating: rooms :3 bathroom: 2 food: 3 tasty but not much varieties or choice an f breakfast there was no buffet. View:2 from 1st floor no view at all price is on higher side. Many more 4 star hotels are available in this price. Direct booking rate is very less compared to booking.

The stay was good. The rooms were also very good. The receptionist was rude, quippy and not helpful at all. We did not get any worth while suggestions from the hotel staff apart from a poorly laid out map of the city. Eventually we figured out everything on our own and had a great trip! apart from that the stay is quite comfortable and the food is also good.

A cute 15 room property in white and very well done. The cost rooms are well done. Parking is a bit cramped but the helpful staff are always there to help. They have a small restaurant with both indoor as well as outdoor sitting. Food is also good. Breakfast is served on the table and they have a separate menu for different days. The manager and staff are always serving with a smile. They are warm. The resort has a very homely feeling to it.

Its very wonderful l to see the white heaven standing majestically in mids of the green tea plantation

Bit difficult to reach here - since location is not that great. But views are amazing from hotel

This hotel is lovely. Got a nice view of tea estate and facilities are decent. Food was excellent.

5. Location - amazing, staff - very helpful, breakfast lot of choice. Food good. Only issue is with the way to property

Not worthy for this amount just like lodge
