Different king of place, wooden cottage I have never seen before, only issue heating.

It is situated 21 km away from the main town with bad transport roads. Management is friendly but the facilities are of below average. Slightly over priced.

The hotel require renovation work as room pipe had leakage and TV were not functioning. We booked 2 rooms and changed one room due to water leakage and other room we stayed without TV connection due to underground cable broken as per staff. The food was good but had no diversity. The staff were good and helpful.

Location was far away from Munnar Town, still booked this place because of the reviews, but was not worth it. Transportation to the place is very difficult and since PWD construction is taking place, not safe as well.
Water heater was not working, food was overpriced, better place for same place was available.

Overall good experience and comfortable stay.

Hotel is very far from Munnar which is a drawback .. No nearby markets, place or even restaurants where you can go .. If you want to stay in solitude and only surrounded by nature, then choose this place. However We are satisfied with room and it's interior ..

Its Not a hotel should have mention Home stay, Location and Service is good value for money, if could have mention the following information it could be help us to plan clearly can't be reach this location between 07:00 to 19:00 hrs Since the road expansion is going all the vehicles are restricted to enter. Apart from stay location, and good maintenance, Required Improvement in FOOD arrangements.

One depend on MMT. There are 2 many good property . We paid 19200 for 2 night 2 rooms, no entercom is there no sufficient staff only 2, 3 guys doing house keeping and same are serving !! In the morning in breakfast only bread and butter with oily poori with coffee there only

Even hotel is 20kms away we booked since pictures were good to see. But nothings looks like that. Worst hotel ever visited in my life. No Room service. Beds have bugs. Make my trip should opt such hotel for booking customers. Looting people's money. Every shame on you.

Food was always served cold which was very disappointing given the fact that we expect hot food in a cold place. Cleanliness and service could be improved. There's no lake in front of the hotel. The picture given in the hotel description could be misleading. Overall an average homestay suitable for a budgeted stay.

Third class experience in this hotel and don't stay there. Don't stay this hotel, everything is poor and third class. Room service and hotel service is very poor. I feel very bad because * a star hotel be good then it. I suggest please don't stay here

Just one word to summed up my experience - awesome. Nice property. Helpful staff. Romantic surroundings. Service was a bit slow however the staff was polite. Helps us to arrange cab for sight seeing. They can work on cleanliness.

This is not a resort, this is just like a home stay. Rooms are not good, we can hear voice of people from other nearby rooms, quality of room is not up to the mark. Not a value worth resort. I never recommend this for anyone. I actually booked for 2 days, but I checked out on very next day and went to nearby resort Siena village which is far better than this

Nice location, far away from Munnar town but surrounded by tea plantations. Staff is very helpful and cooperative. Breakfast is OK. We had problem with hot water, but staff provided additional water. Overall a nice experience.

Its far away from Munnar and its a good place to visit. They have very nice and quick staff. They provide everything quickly The food was OK but we decided to have food outside and it was really good. Adding more kids playing facilities would be good. A good relaxed place to visit

We check-in to room at late midnight unable to check all the facilities. Later in the morning when we woke up felt very relaxed as the infrastructure was too good of the hotel and it was very pleasant as it was shown in the website. Location was a little bit confusing and was far. But the hotel crew helped us in finding and helping the near by places for sightseeing. Room was too good. Felt very pleasant. Staff received well. Remember always take a highway road for going to this hotel or else you will face problem.

Room is not well cleaned. But staff s are nice ... Road to reach there is awesm .. Parking is difficult ... Please fill your petrol before reaching Munnar. Food menu is limited. No proper place to eat if you wan special dish.

This is the best hotel at chinking. But you could choose to stay higher. There is a tea estate above that is perfect for hikers. The hotel place is perfect and food, service were also great. Overall, Value for money

Hotel is located at a distance of 25 km from Munnar. Location is very calm and good. Restaurants and other shops are located very nearby. Food provided in the hotel is very limited but tastes good. There is no Intercom facility in the room. There is no hot water in the room during our stay due to some problem in geyser. Staff is very cooperative and they provide the best service. We stayed in stone suit and the room was spacious enough. There will be no disturbance. Overall, it was a good stay. Thanks for the staff.
