As per price they offered nice stay and hospitality. the property is pretty old, but their cleanliness level is good. overall good in dining also available prices are average and taste is good.

Good location and staff friendly. Food also ok. We stay with 3 family group with lots of kids. Overall looks good

Room was neat and clean, service is good location wise is also good, its in city everything is accessible

Only pricing seems to be premium nil service provided, no soap even no towel provided, in-house restaurant really pathetic experience took more than one hour to serve the food ordered, must avoidable!

Calm and quiet place with polite staff. Mixed kitchen with a passionate chef. Prompt service round the clock. The mushroom soup at the restaurant was to die for. Well maintained garden that will tempt you for photos

The room was big and spacious. But the hot water didn't work in 1 out of 2 days, the staff was rude and best time were reserved for offline booking. Also there's no good views, so room are a bit overpriced

It is a decent hotel comparing to some horrible costly hotels in city centre. Food, location, outdoor, room are very good. But it is not excellent. Ok for basic needs.

Royal retreat is well located in the town of munnar. It has adequate parking for its occupants. The hotel is slightly old & restaurant is nominal without much choice of food. It has a beautiful garden and receptive staff. A good choice in munnar.

Stay was good. Staff are courteous. Hotel very near to the bus stand & at the heart of munnar. Food can be little better. I stayed here for two nights.
